HI Barry. Thanks for the feedback. It's always good to hear from our customers about their experience when using our company. I think in this instance, you had ordered interior limewash. As this is a rare colour order for interior limewash its not something we have on the shelf and that went into our production queue. I did phone you to confirm when you emailed us a couple of days after placing the order. It transpired that you actually required the Exterior product, which we had at hand, and we sent that out to you the same day. Many thanks for your feedback, and we hope the product met your expectations.

Straightforward ordering
Straightforward ordering, efficient delivery, thank you. We've used the paint before and really like the linseed emulsion, it gives good coverage and it's easy to apply.

Wonderful Company and products
Wonderful Company and products. Helpful team and expert advice. No bots or irritating automated chats. Bought the oilskin gloss for outdoor furniture I got in a junk shop and it needed some tlc. Amazing product to work with - goes along way so is great value for the money considering. One more coat to go for finishing touch and I’ll be sending photos in as already looks amazing!

Excellent customer service
We have tricky walls and were given thorough advice on how to deal with them. There was a slight problem in that we didn't need as much paint as we were advised. However, Earles arranged for the excess paint to be returned.

Hi Su
Thanks for your positive feedback its always good to hear from customers experience in using our products. It can be difficult to estimate exact quantities of material as different surfaces can use less paint than others. As you indicate we can always arrange for returns if too much paint has been ordered.
Many Thanks

High quality fast product
Delivery and tracking was super quick, tub was good quality, the paint itself was beautiful, exceeded my expectations, needed a good stir but went on beautifully and was true to colour. Consistency was luxurious and creamy.

Good customer service
There was a problem with my Royal Mail 48 delivery but David helped me to sort it out.
Absolutely beautiful colour of paint ( Cornish Blue) but nothing like the colour of the wet paint shown on website, more of a deep rich cobalt. The paint is (as stated) very patchy on the first coat. Looks best after 3 coats.
I know that you need to get a tester before ordering but what would be really helpful on the website is a few more photos of the paint colours in situ on a building .

Hi Denny
Thanks for all your positive feedback on our paint. We love the Cornish Cove Blue as well. We always recommend customers to buy tester pots as this will give the true colour of the paint on their surfaces. It would be great to get more photo's from customers of the paint once they have used it but we dont really get very many.
Many Thanks

We had issues with DHL but Earles were great.
We had issues with DHL but I cannot fault the response of the company. Earles Paint were excellent at pursuing DHL and when that did not work they sent out a new one 24h with another delivery company. Very good customer service.

The product is really great and…Great product and customer service to match
The product is really great and everyone at Earle’s have been amazing in terms of offering advice in relation to these specialist products. Delivery of paint resulted in tin being damaged and team were really responsive when informed. We spoke to a number of specialist paint suppliers before purchasing paint and Earle’s were most helpful. Great decision to use them and we won’t go anywhere else in the future.

What I love about this product is that…
What I love about this product is that it is free of any additives, unlike the solvents and metals that you find in most hardware stores boiled linseed oil. Last thing I want is metals and solvents leaching from wood into my soil. Well done Earles Paint for producing such a good product.
Question: is the linseed you use organic. If not, why not?
