My experience with Earful was a very good one. The nurse was excellent and made the procedure a pleasant one. Highly recommended.

The appointment was early due to a no-show, but the girl (I forget her name) was friendly and polite. The procedure to unblock my ear took about 10 minutes including filling out the paperwork. All issues had been resolved by the next morning.

I was anxious before appointment. Gill was absolutely amazing. She was calm, friendly and professional. Gill explained the whole process of ear wax removal and explained how the ear works. A lovely trainee was present and Gill displayed knowledge/experience. I felt relaxed and in safe hands. 0 pain, 0 discomfort and I would definitely recommend Gill. My friend who came with me also received a complimentary ear wax removal check (she didn’t need it) and we both agreed, both Gill and trainee were really good.

Met a lovely friendly young lady at the Blackburn clinic. Very efficient, process was quick and my hearing improved after the micro suction.
