We were served by staff member Alex and his customer service was excellent. Alex was not only friendly and professional but his product knowledge, demonstration and explanations of each piece of fitness equipment was spot on. Very helpful which made our choice soo very easy. We bought not only a rowing machine but a treadmill as well.
Business Hours are very shopper friendly

Overall a really great experience
Overall a really great experience. I needed a bike erg for physio therapy post surgery. In honesty, the initial ordering and working with my closest location was not great but as soon as I called out the need for urgency, the team rallied quickly to get me the bike erg in a timely manner and went above and beyond.
They not only assembled the bike but also took the packaging away for me. The whole experience was fairly seamless and the bike has been great. Exactly what I needed!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience purchasing the Reeplex CBT-PL Multi-Functional Trainer from Dynamo Fitness. The team was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to understand my fitness goals, ensuring I chose the right equipment for my needs.
The delivery and installation were seamless and professionally handled, and the trainer itself is fantastic - solid, versatile and exactly what I was looking for. The customised fitness app is an excellent bonus, making it incredibly easy to follow training programs and discover new exercises.
