As the tracking confirms, your parcel was dispatched on time from our side, but unfortunately the courier did not meet the estimated delivery timescale on this occasion.

Bought a coat online arrived quickly…

Bought a coat online arrived quickly but was unfortunately too big so had to return, if you buy online you can’t return free in store you have to send back to Ireland, it cost me £12 odd for return postage, be aware of this when buying online 🙁 Thanks for the info but it might be good to relay this to the staff at the Dundee store as they informed me as I bought online I cannot return to store .

Sorry to hear that the coat was too big.

Just to clarify we do indeed accept in-store Returns - the process is outlined on the paperwork that you would have received in the package and also in the 'Returns' page on our website, under "Return to store for FREE".

Unfortunately I can't provide the link here but it's easy to find;

(1) Click on 'Returns' in the footer of any page on our website.
(2) Click on 'Click here to read procedures'.
(3) Click on 'I want to return an order because I do not want it'

At the top of the page it states;

"Return to store for FREE;
We are pleased to offer free returns to any DV8 Fashion store. Simply bring the items you wish to return along with your receipt or order paperwork, and our in‑store team will assist you."

seen a skirt in store, never had it in my size, I found it online and I got it delivered 48 hours later.
assistant in shop not helpful, she never let me know dv8 had online service when asked for another size.

Happy shopping experience in DV8 Limerick

Bought a coat in DV8 Limerick. Wasn't sure if the size, so the lovely lady in the shop ordered another size for me. Quick delivery. Staff in the shop were lovely and very helpful and I have a gorgeous coat also! 😁

Top service!

These guys were the only place I could find the colour and size Converse that I wanted , and shipped them super quickly all the way to me in Australia. I'll be back !
