They got me the wrong drink I asked for blended was not blended it was iced and also I ask for cold form no cold form I got wimp cream this was the worst experience I have ever had

Dutch Bros. at 13792 Colorado Blvd. Thornton, CO 80602 are always on top of things! They are fast, efficient and are always so kind! We purposely go out of our way to this specific one because we have never had a problem with them and we have a store that’s much closer. The employees always seem to be in a good mood!

I would give Dutch Bros 000 stars.. But....... I Ordered an Americano with extra shot... Nothing was right.. Coffee tasted old and weak... As I sipped I noticed foreign substances floating in the cup.. So nasty... Worst coffee and experience ever... Will never buy again!!!!

I was approached about a situation that was blown out of proportion.
I feel unwelcome now and I will never return.

I have gotten (and enjoyed) the Americano, both iced, and hot, with their sugar-free chocolate. I messaged corporate, to get some nutrition info, namely carbs and sugar, and was told that information wasn't available. They serve a product with no clue what's in it? Hard to believe. They told me to check out their other online nutritional links, but why, the info isn't there? Really disappointed (and underwhelmed) by this shortcoming.

Usually friendly and my drinks are usually good from both gallatin tn locations although
there's been times I haven't been happy with the taste of my coffee, too much coffee grounds in it, and I'd ask for light ice but there's still too much ice.

Also don't like they charge the same price for a 16 oz hot coffee, as a 24 oz iced. Makes no sense should be cheaper being a smaller cup.

So we just left DB. We ordered elevtric berry sodas. They have always been blue. When we got them they were green! I asked if they changed the color and she ignored me. Said to have a nice day so i figured the color was just changed. They ended up putting in way too much lime! We went back and they changed them out but the entire cup was just ice!!! Way to be professional DB!👎 NEVER going to Chinden location in Garden city AGAIN!!

Went Dutch Bros in Las Vegas : 6410 S Rainbow BLVD. 12/31/2024 Las Vegas, NV 89113 today went twice . The first time the guy taking my order was very nice. The chicks in the window were rude not happy workin at all. between (1-3) Went back thru because my Sugar free golden eagle taste like milk w/ice. The chicks inside were rude remade my drink and tasted the same horrible service. This location has disappointed me more than once. Always rude and never make my drink right. I work close by . Never goin back to this location.

I enjoy the upbeat atmosphere and always kind people that work here, oh yeah and the assortment of drinks duh!

I go to the Dutch Bros at 1791 W. Lacey Blvd., Hanford, CA almost daily. I have a favorite drink, but the staff and manager are amazing, engaging, professional and provide excellent service. I’ve visited many others - this one is outstanding. Your company is so very fortunate to have this staff.

Chris was very awesome and so friendly. I would go back to valley hi location again because of people like him that make your evening go great. Keep up the great work!! 👍

Do you guys remember when Dutch Bros first opened how friendly the staff was? Well that’s not the case anymore. DO NOT go to the one in Las Vegas on Rancho and Craig! They leave these kids to run a the show and what a disappointment it was. I will NEVER go there again! I tried calling corporate and of course no luck! Customer service sucks there and when you try to speak to a manger they give you another kid!!!

I would give these people a 0000 if I could. What a joke. I was behind the person at the pay window for 7 minutes and then I asked the girl what happened and she said that she was just talking to that person in the car in front of me! Really? I let her know that there was a line formed behind me completely filled up because she was talking to her friend in the car . she then said to me... have a nice day sir.. how freaking RUDE RUDE RUDE..
I also tried to call and never got through to anyone and at the local shop or the corporate level..
they know! they do not care to hear any more problems about customers service the high prices ect.

$10 drink for a Caramel green apple rebel iced drink. No Caramel. Attempted to buy Caramel syrup at grocery store but made it worse. First time I ended regretting buying a drink from them.

Their connection with customers is so on point! Devin is so awesome! (Off 20 and Collins) Honestly his determination to connect with the customers is such a blessing! His laughter when he interact with the customers is contagious and genuine, no wonder why he’s the manager 😂 truly does him justice!! Anyways Dutch Bros is the best beverage establishment ever!! You guys rock!! Arlington and Fort Worth locations has the best people with the greatest personalities!! Keep up the good work!! 🙏🏾

It was such a great Dutch brothers experience. It was the one by the Vancouver Washington mall.I was blessed to live in Medford Oregon when Dutch brothers first started. This shops employees reminded me so much of the service that is Dutch brothers please let them know ty

I feel ashamed of the behavior of the Dutch Brothers employees. Yesterday, August 9, 2024, my niece and I went to order 2 drinks. I ordered a large Vanilla Brew. They always give me a frappe with milk and vanilla. But the young man who served me did not know how to give me what I ordered. The second drink was even worse.... a cold milkshake. They gave it to me with ice without frappe mode. Terrible!!!! When they delivered my orders I told them that this was not what I ordered.. and the young men just laughed in shame and gave me what I ordered... they just said excuse me, the young man taking the orders is new. I am upset because they always give good service. Next time I will speak to them in 3 languages ​​to see if they understand their own menu.

The drink was ok, but their reward philosophy has little to be desired. I am always on the run, so customer service is important. I was told you can only sign-up for the reward program on the app, they cannot help you. Ok, fine, then she says I cannot use my phone number to access my rewards because sometimes people give their rewards to other people. My family of 6 purchase drinks together, and if I paid for all of my drinks, I can give my reward to my son or who I choose I earned it. Go to Wake-up call for a better experience. Dutch Brothers is too cheap to have a rewards program! 😂

What happened to this company ? You had such an outstanding belief system, then you stooped to the woke crowd. You hired a coffee-making person, Rachael Cullen, who with one sentence on social media has thrown your business under the bus.
“2 inches away from the best day of our lives” is famous now, and NOT in a good way. In a hateful way ! Condoning the assassination of a former President of the United States CAN'T be good for business, I don't care what your political stance is !
Employees that are allowed to post repulsive, indignant socially unacceptable posts on social media have got to go, no two ways about it ! No repercussions equals no business. Terminate her and issue a statement or watch the value of your business sink. As an employer you have a responsibility for your employees actions as they are a direct reflection of your company !!
