Food Poisoning
I got food poisoning from the sausage breakfast sandwich and was hospitalized. Corporate was helpful at first, then a second employee named Shay (who is in another state, didn't see my medical records, and is not a medical professional) told me that I did not have food poisoning and that they would only give me a free drink. Absolutely insane and disgusting. They have stopped responding to me and I have a $2,500 hospital bill that is 100% their fault.
Strawberry Colada Ripoff…
I ordered 2 strawberry coladas or so I thought. I thought $7+ was very reasonable. At the window, I was handed one drink. Paid way too much for a lemonade with strawberry, pineapple & coconut flavoring thrown in. This way my 1st & last visit.

Maryville TN Dutch Bro is extremely slow! Good coffee, nice folks, but ensure you have an average of 25 minutes to wait. Mobile ordering does not speed it up. The past 3 mobile orders I’ve personally made were not even started until I arrived. I enjoy coffee but unfortunately they just can’t seem to get the business model right and there are too many competitors that get it right. So long Bro.

Ever since I found Dutch brothers, I find their coffee most delicious.The one thing that I was very disappointed in the girl that took my order was rude. She looked like she was half asleep. They brought me out my coffee. I ordered a medium and I opened it because it felt really like and it was half a cup I Wanted to go back but I didn't wanna be that Karen, the long lines and what doesn't help is the fact that you have rude people in line. This was on Sunday, August 24th off of Sheridan and 80th in Denver, Colorado.

What the heck happened to my drink? Ordered a strawberry colada rebel blended at the Athens, TX store. Did not look like the picture on their website/menu. Disappointing as that was 10 mins later the drink starting separating and looked like spoiled cream/out of date cream was used.

I just visited the Dutch Bros on Litchfield.and bell in surprise. My drink.I was not happy with due to the consistency of I went through the drive through again.And selena selena gave me five star customer customer service. She's happy you can tell she enjoys her job. She immediately.

Went to Pleasant Run location in Lancaster TX at 9:44 pm. Was told no more coffee served tonight. A coffee shop that's open but not serving coffee? Disappointed. Do better!

I ordered my coffee "extra hot" & the girl taking my order repeated my order. When I received my coffee, the girl carried it to my car. It did not have a sleeve & I was able to drink it immediately. It was not extra hot as ordered. I gave a $1.00 tip due to my request. I would like my $1.00 returned! I had to microwave my coffee when I returned home. Thank you... Update- when I had my wife try the coffee when she removed the lid, I noticed it was double cupped so that took the place of the sleeve.

I visit Dutch bros every other day today on my visit @ 10991 northwest Frwy. I mention to David that they were running really slow wasn't their normal. His response was there's another coffee shop down the street.

The Dutch bros on market the girl taking order out side We went there around 11:30 and the girl taking orders was really rude we went to get in line and she said that the black car in the parking spot was there first so we backed up and try to tell her to pull up so we could be in line and then while we were waiting another white car pulled up and park in a parking spot on the other side of them and then some people walked up and got behind the car and then she takes the black cars order and then goes to the white car and we tried to tell her hey we were here before that car and she changed it from saying your behind the back car to were last super rude and we saw who was parked there
And we were just trying to get my daughter her birthday drink and we had a 20 dollar bill for a tip because we know it’s different doing a kids birthday and they just have to trust us so we wanted to show we were grateful for making her birthday special but we left and went to completely different coffee shop and gave them the $20 tip because they had a real line not saying oh the car that’s parked is the line and now we gonna do these other people that are in parking spots clearly after us. If we were supposed to park in a parking spot then we would’ve if she told us but we never knew that that was how the line worked. Worst experience. You guys just keep changing stuff and we’re sick of it. I know a lot of people think the same thing! Bentleys coffee is where it’s at regular line and super kind like how Dutch used to be.

I order from the new location on Gibson recently and regularly for my entire staff. Tonight, I had a 13-drink order that was placed online for pickup. I didn't mind the line I had to wait in, or the price I paid with tip. The customer service, however, was sub-par. My $85 dollar order was not to the standard of expectation and when I expressed my concern it was met with sacrarium and that was not appreciated. Upon return to by business it was determined that after all that a drink was missing from the order, so a return trip was made. When the drink was made and given to me the manager on duty not only responded in a rude fashion, but also had the audacity to respond with a question "you own a business around here don't you? Which one is it?" In an assumed attempt to retaliate in a negative manner. This is again, unacceptable in any compacity when offering customer service. This will absolutely be the last time we order from your establishment and will deal with your competitor down the street. I hope this can serve as a coaching moment on how to be better in the future.

I am so sick of this store getting my order wrong when you input it in your little computer and get it wrong when I get to the window and then give ME attitude like I did it. Specifically the store on Broadway/mlk. Your 'baristas'are over rated and rude especially at the rate you charge for drinks. Do better

I got the birthday cake shake and it was bland, she didn’t even put whip cream on it and on the website it was so colorful and pretty. Normally I have nothing but wonderful experiences but the lady that served us wasnt very nice. Do not recommend that matcha either, it takes like grass.

We ordered a perfect picture and a sugar free carmalizer they gave us 2 perfect picture my sister took back to the window and told them this isn't a carmalizer and they told her yes it was so then I had to get out and take it back up there and they were pissed because they had to remake what I wanted and the girls are very rude and that is the first time my sister had ever been to this Dutch Bros on Lacey Blvd in Hanford ca and she said they are rude. Kiaya was the NICEST cashier EVER she saved us from going home with no drink useing her own money, she split into two cups for me and my friend so we didn't have to share germs again she was SOOO nice. She definitely needs a raise.
