Excellent customer service…When a product I ordered arrived…
When a product I ordered arrived faulty, the customer service team were excellent in helping me. At first it looked like the product supplier wasn’t going to help. I spoke with the manager (Jon), who assured me that if the supplier would not help, then they as a company would make sure I was looked after. They kept me updated and got it sorted. Excellent service.
