Just completed our 3rd order of umbrellas and the service was stellar, as always! Mark was extremely helpful from my initial inquiry on Saturday right through to the delivery on Thursday. I would 100% recommend Drysdale Umbrellas to anyone in need of high-quality promotional umbrellas.

The website was straight forward (especially for someone ordering custom for the first time). The umbrellas were good quality, printed well and at a reasonable price. They also arrived very swiftly.

Was looking to order a single umbrella with a colour logo printed on it to become a gift. Came across the Drysdale site and made an enquiry via WhatsApp explaining my target purchase rather late in the day. While my original idea wasn't completely possible and was pointing toward a compromise, unprompted (and 'out of hours'!), Barry offered a subtle rework of the logo I had submitted that provided a more than acceptable alternative solution. Cleared that design adjustment with a director and placed the order for two umbrellas over a weekend and selecting prompt delivery.

Prompt delivery it was, they were delivered on the Tuesday!! The umbrella [Product code: DX-1 NB/W] has a good grip with a large button for opening the umbrella, the mechanism is smooth in operation and seems sturdy and the canopy material well produced. The colour printing on the four white panels is crisp and logo colour accurate.
Great job, certainly recommended for customer service and product.
