Chris & Sophie and all in Bective have been really excellent - warm, friendly and so ready ALWAYS to help with everything. Aside from getting me a tenant with a 2year contract, they have gone out of their way to assist me with various other requests re 109Milson Road & tenancy, outside the call of duty. Quick, efficient & client focused services. Bective were very understanding of Covid19 situation last year and helped me to find the right property quickly & hustle free by arranging contactless viewing. Moving in was also fairly easy and straight forward.

I had been trying to let a flat out in Notting Hill for 4 months via Marsh & Parsons and Foxtons with no luck. I then instructed Bective Leslie Marsh Notting Hill and they were excellent! They let the flat within 2 days. I would give a special shout out to Rob Pratt who I have worked with before - he is always calm and gives great advice. I will be moving all our rental properties to them for sure - highly recommend.

Provided all the details for a refund more than 7 days ago and now they ask for the same details they already have which was included in a legal document. This company will keep your money as long as they possibly can and then will make excuses as to why its not been refunded. BE WARNED! IT WILL BE MENTALLY DRAINING GETTING MONEY REFUNDED FROM THIS COMPANY!!
