Whilst I did not purchase through Hamead, I would have no hesitation in buying from him in the future and felt he gave the best, friendliest and most considered service of all the agents in the area. I worked with the rentals team at Bective's Notting Hill branch to let my two bedroom flat in the area. My outgoing tenant was rather challenging yet Rob and Charlie managed to work with her amazingly well. Having had a bad experience with said tenant, I had quite strict tenant criteria and turned down two bids that Bective put forward. I was prepared for them to get discouraged and focus on other properties. Instead, they continued to market the property with professionalism and energy that I have not witnessed in my 10 years as a landlord. I will use them again for sure.

However, unfortunately, there were too many delayed responses and last-minute solutions from the Estate Agent I worked with. Third-party referencing company were slow, rude and needlessly complicated the process.

Bective were incredibly helpful and proactive in finding me a property to rent with short notice. Highly recommend - Chris Lilly made the whole process super straightforward and was very helpful in accommodating last minute viewing request.
