Met onze locatie in Vlissingen zijn wij in Nederland een van de grondleggers geweest voor de veiligheidstrainingen in de offshore- en scheepvaartwereld, zoals de diverse STCW- en Nogepa trainingen.
Vele cursussen worden verzorgd in samenwerking met o.a. Veiligheidscentrum Zeeland te Vlissingen, De Ruyter Academy van de HZ University of Applied Sciences en het Maritiem en Logistiek College van Scalda. In de loop der jaren is het bedrijf uitgebreid met locaties in Curacao en Groningen. De Ruyter Training & Consultancy verzorgt desgewenst tevens haar trainingen op internationale on-the-job locaties. Het blijkt dat juist deze trainingen in de eigen werkomgeving van de trainees, uiterst effectief zijn. Bij de De Ruyter Training & Consultancy vindt u 'Experts in training ...' als gevolg van onze unieke combinatie van interne en externe maritieme expertise.

Hi I’m Komal from Mauritius 🇲🇺,I can confidently say it was a truly valuable experience. The instructors were highly knowledgeable, professional, and supportive throughout the entire course.
The training covered all the essential safety procedures, from survival techniques to firefighting and first aid, with a strong focus on real-life scenarios. I especially appreciated how hands-on and practical the sessions were — I feel much more confident and prepared for work at sea.
The facility was well-organized, and all the equipment used during the training was up-to-date and in great condition. I also gained a lot of insight into proper marine maintenance practices and onboard responsibilities.
I would highly recommend this training to anyone pursuing a career in the marine industry. Thank you to the entire team for delivering such a high-quality learning experience!

The instructors were great
The instructors were great, they made the whole experience a positive one and made learning the course content fun. they were also super careful with people who were anxious about the practical test and made us comfortable enough to help each other complete all the manoeuvers
