Sandra was amazing with the assessment process using information i had provided, with what my advocate had said and also what she assessed herself. She was very professional and empathetic to the situation and was able to explain the process after being diagnoses

We had 2 assessments to find if our daughter has Autism.
And she does. We got a full report 15pages long with helpful things.
And the experience of it all was much

Since starting my journey with Dr J and Colleagues, I have never felt more heard or understood. The waiting time was quick, and they have been so flexible with timings around my working hours.
Could not recommend any other clinic for the Right To Choose pathway. Now I am on medication and I have never felt better.

Amanda is incredibly personable and kind. She listens and involves you in all decision making whilst explaining her thought processes clearly. They send multiple reminders of your appointments and also do their very best to accommodate you when it comes to appointment times or medication delivery etc. She also sees my daughter and I am very confident and happy about this as I think Amanda is great.

I had a wonderful experience with Hannah and would recommend it to my Family and Friends.

Without the help of Dr J and Colleagues I would still be in a world where somebody or something was waiting for me around every corner. It's so much more peaceful in my head now something I have never experience before. I still have bad days' which I think is only normal.

I submitted my forms in September 2025, I requested an ADHD and Autism assessment. I had my ADHD assessment and was diagnosed by November 2025, With every question I have they are helpful and reply quickly. I was told it would take 3 months for a medication clinician to be in touch, they set an appointment for that time scale. I have been medicated for two weeks now. The first part of my Autism assessment was done the week after my ADHD assessment, the second part was 3/4 weeks later. Quick, efficient with friendly and staff.

Really good service, if you have ADHD go engage with ADHD 360 and if your in the Lincoln area you will be directed to this service and they are brilliant. I am so much healthy mentally and physically. Thank you

also they don't record the appointments (so when they misstreat you) it is your word against their's.
Then had the medication appointment March 2025...there was lots of issues that led me to choose to leave this providers (i honestly can't call them Doctors)

Diagnosis for adhd / ASD very straight forward. Unfortunately had a bad experience with one of the pharmacists at the titration appt - very rude, not listening, not understanding or caring about the complexities of both conditions. 2nd appt did however go very well.

My experience with Dr J & Colleagues has been superb! The clinicians have been extremely kind, compassionate, helpful and friendly. They explain everything very well in clear and concise terms.

It was quick and efficient. I felt that the interviewer was knowledgeable and was able to diagnose me fairly easily.
