Will not be renewing health plan... waste of money. Have unlimited health plan, went in for nurse appointment and was charged £11 to clean the ears...no one told me it was not part of the plan, no one told me I was going to be charged....just a surprise bill. How is this not included in the health plan...
Some staff are nice so not everyone's fault, but this was unacceptable for me.
Nothing they do is wrong apparently.like to make you feel stupid for raising issues. Some really good staff but that 3star is for them really.
I have been using Drove for a long time (Marlborough) and I have only had positive experiences. Yes vet treatment is expensive, but that is part and parcel of owning a pet. They have accommodated my needs and seen my cat when I have needed them to. Only 'bad' experience is being incorrectly charged and then being asked to settle the difference - a mistake I think they should have absorbed but only a small gripe.
Had to have Monty put to sleep on the 15th December the staff was very caring and gave us as much time as we wanted to say goodbye . They sent a card with forget me not seeds to remember him by . Picking up his ashes was about a week and included paw print fur and whiskers . I would recommend drive vets to anyone

Their professionalism, clear communication and expertise ensured Rika received the best possible treatment, and their compassion made an extremely difficult time more bearable.
We would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking a team who truly care about both their patients and their owners.
What a fantastic vets. I attended the Wroughton office in Swindon and was so glad i did. I sadly was saying goodbye to my furry best friend after 19 years. The staff, especially the vet was so sympathetic, caring and gentle during are most painful time. We where not rushed saying our goodbyes which is exactly what we needed.
