So easy to complete in line and I also rang Zenco and spoke to someone about a few questions I had. Very knowledgeable and polite. All paperwork came when they said it would and no problems of where to sign etc as little yellow stickers guided you. Would certainly recommend.

Very pleased with the service. Easy to follow instructions and forms for signing were returned within a few days. Each document clearly showed where and what to sign. Takes all the hassle out of having to complete each form ourselves, only took approx 15 mins and Zenco completed the rest.

So easy to do for your own piece of mind.

I was dealing with a young man by the name of Fred Gullick from Zenco to assist me in drafting a Power of Attorney for myself and my wife. I omittted to add my witness details, so Irang Fred on Wednesday 15th April and he promised the blank documents would be posted out the same day. It’s now Saturday, and nothing received. I assume it’s company policy to send all post 2nd Class to save costs, but when something is required urgently, and having already paid £496 in fees, I would have expected much speedier service.

They are efficient what they say on the website is more.they think everything you may need.i highly recommend them.thank you
