Excellent company to deal with. Instructions were easy to follow and everything works perfectly. The tech support was first rate. I needed help with a few things and it was done via WhatsApp. The chap I spoke to was really great and nothing was too much trouble.

E61 droid experience... So the backdrop is I had a failed ccc and acquired a new one codes to my car with aux to replace. No music prior to this for 3 years. Connected up the droid unit - the only fiddly bit is the stuffing cables behind the unit to fit back. Omg !! Music through the old brilliant system, phone connectivity, reverse camera....fantastic functionality to my 2004 car. No need for phone mount on screen and fuzzy Bluetooth connection like other car. Brilliant product and worth the money to bring life back to an amazing e61.

Next day delivery was fantastic, especially as we spoke in the afternoon. Discussed what would be best for my car and the device works better than expected. Instructions were easy to follow and had the MMI box working in my mini in a space of 15 minutes. Would highly recommend. Top delivery, top customer service, top product.

From start to finish ive had nothing but help. Quick delivery and well packaged. When I finished installing things weren't working so I messaged quite late on the website and recieved a very quick reply which sorted out all of my issues. I would 1000 percent recommend to anybody to use this company.

Couldn’t fault anything about this company at all…ordered an MMI BOX and REVERSING CAMERA for my BMW.. placing the order was easy and simple to do was kept up to date regarding delivery and shipping.. I’m not the most technical person but will give anything go and although there were easy to follow instructions on how to install it all me being me came across a few difficulties on installation of the reversing camera.. after an hour or so of thinking what I could have done wrong I decided to messaged them (it’s Sunday so didn’t expect a response today) but got a response from them more or less straight away and problem solved it was something simple that I wasn’t doing right… excellent service from start to finish and would 110% recommend this company to anyone… keep up the good work guys 👍

I fitted a CarPlay box from droid uk in my M4 and it works great. Big upgrade and they fitted the box in 20 minutes. Recommend

I ordered a Apple Carplay / Android Auto headunit back in 2020 for my BMW 2 Series. The product itself is great, works flawlessly. Any issues that I have had (nothing ever major) the customer support is impeccable. Can easily say the customer service provided is the best customer service I have ever experienced. Great company, great product, great people.

Ordered and received in no time at all. Had an issue with set up that was resolved after a few photos and a short chat via watts app..... On a weekend. First class service. Yes they cost more but im not technically minded so the assistance was greatly appreciated. If I'd bought it from Ali express don't think I'd ever have got it working. Simple fix in the end as well. Proof that not all heroes wear capes.

Ordered a new Android display for my 2012 F31 bmw. Had a few questions regarding operating system and they are spot on with customer service. Even at weekends when I was trying to work things out. Not always a prompt reply but basically 24/7. Can’t fault the customer service for an aftermarket device. Solved all issues and very happy with the display. Yes you can buy it £100 cheaper off of eBay/amazon but you won’t get the support to back it up! You get what you pay for. Thanks guys 👍🏻

Product itself was excellent when it worked. However Bluetooth failed on the unit and despite several emails to ask how to replace I have not had one reply.

Shocking customer service

Honestly a great product and great bunch of guys. Ordered an Android Auto Unit for my F20 M140i back in December. It has been a nightmare with getting parts in and the garage, non related to this. But the unit only got installed recently. I have now had a chance to properly use it, after a bit of going back and forth with the camera. But the guys were super on it when it came to customer support, phone, email and over whats app. Cheers guys, great stuff! James.

After months of debating whether to get a new Android screen or upgrade the existing screen I finally settled on an MMI box from Droid. I needed (ok wanted) this in advance of a road trip so messaged the team who replied within minutes and send the unit straight out on a next day. As promised it arrived the following day in perfect condition. Easy to follow instructions allowed the install within 30 minutes and it works beyond my expectations. I honestly can’t recommend these guys enough, rarely do you get 10/10 but this was flawless. Thank you all.

Bought an MMI and reverse camera for my BMW 4 Series Gran Coupe. Installed yesterday, hit a snag with the reverse camera not appearing when going into reverse. Quick message on WhatsApp and change of a setting and all up and running. Very happy with the quality of the reverse camera and offers a true OEM style finish. Android auto is seamless and appears the moment the car is started, connecting wirelessly. Time will be the true test of the product but so far couldn't be happier with the support received.

Excellent service, I had a problem with the reverse cam, I messaged Droid UK on WhatsApp and immediately got a reply with the solution which was just to change a setting, then it worked pefectly. Very happy with the unit, it works perfectly on Android auto and the reverse camera is great.
