A very bad experience
A very bad experience. Tracked service based on ETA for service provider. Called and no provider had been dispatched. Total scam. Next ETA another 75 minutes. Cancelled request to find it will still cost $99. In the midst of car trouble, I didn’t read the fine print. What a scam! Horrible communications and even fabricating that help was on the way. Don’t risk your time, money or car. The website works well, and they get your money.

They responded and arrived within 20 minutes. Provided the needed service in a quick, professional manner. And we were on our way again.

Scumbags
I would give this company a 0 star if possible. We had to pay 200 dollars to even get on the phone with somebody. Could not complete the service and did not even get dispatched. They will not refund the 200 dollars. Absolute scumbags. You know a company is shit when you can’t write a review on their page. Never use these greedy bastards

Thank you so much. This was my first time I ever had to use this service. It took bout and hour and 40 mins. But that's to be expected. I was given ETA updates. Tyrek was courteous and thoughtful to this old man. A 22 mins fixes. He place the damage tire in the back . And made sure I was good with the service . Which was more than what was done when I went to have the tire fixed at a tire center beginning with a f. .. I must mention that the call center operators were very helpful when I call during my wait with ? s.. thank you for being efficient.

B&A Towing showed up before ETA and was extremely courtesy and professional. Even verfied my roadside assist problem before loading my Raptor up on the tow truck. Would definitely recommend them for roadside assist!!!!

The employee called me, told me to drive to a local tire shop to get my tire fixed. No assistance was provided, and I was still charged $199. I will be disputing this.

They made it there in an hour. Put my spare was on but flat. The tow truck driver didn't have a compressor. Which I found odd for someone coming to check a flat tire. Glad I was at home not on the side of the road some where.
