I was stuck far out of way and Jordan came and saved me! Even waited while I had a potential lock smith at the location try to pop it on but no luck. So when that didn’t work out Jordan showed up in no time in fog at midnight. I’m very appreciative of everyone who helped me. Thank you!!!

The tow man was so professional and upbeat. It couldn’t have be a better experience trying to get my car towed. He was one of the few that would come to kiawah because of the distance.his name was Conrad.

I blew out my tire around midnight, fortunately I made it to near a gas station around halfway home, I called the #, it was an AI bot, it said "we will connect you", I waited ~20 minutes (site said 5-10), but no one called back. I called the operations # and the dispatch barely spoke English..I could barely understand half of what he said. He connected me to an assistant in another ~20 min.. The guy said almost an hour for ETA. The site wasn't accurate and said 15 min., counting negative #s after that. I told the guy my exact location and he was able to install the spare quickly in the rain. Service is good, the operations horrible. Needs improvement. It was after 3:00 when it was all finished. Maybe more competent dispatchers and more assitsants in remote areas (I'm in delaware) .

Person was helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Great attitude, good service.

I had a flat tire, and I didn't have a jack. I searched online for assistance, and saw Drive Roadside 24/7 assistance. Didn't take long to put in my info and the situation i was in. Within 30 minutes, someone came out to assist me. I'm truly grateful for the service.

My car would not start and I contacted Drive Roadside Assistance for help. Joe answered me as soon as I completed the request and was able to meet me within 30 minutes. He was courteous, knowledgable, and gave me updates on his arrival time. He had my car started in a few minutes. I would definitely contact Drive Roadside assistance with any future issue. I highly recommend them!

Derek was extremely professional (and super quick!). I wasn't in a great neighborhood at dusk. My wait time for his arrival was less than 10 minutes, and the change from tire to spare was probably less than 10 minutes. Thank you!!

I received a call from AI that hung up on me

Istructions not clear. Was told they would take cred card info but would not be charged until service. Customer service didn't take my cr card info. I waited 40 minutes waiting to be contacted. Nothing. Called again and was told to click next on my phone. The next button was below my cell phone screen of information. After told to scroll to bottom, I found button that took me to cr card info request.
I was given the impression the customer service person was going to take the card info.
I was tired and way past my bedtime. Easy would have been better than confusing.

My car needed to be towed last night, and I feel like the tow was over-priced. In addition, today I was emailed a very generic receipt for the $457 tow. Their emailed receipt looks like something created off of a Word template. I called to get a more itemized receipt for an insurance reimbursement, and was sent to a website to get the receipt, which didn't work. It is VERY hard to get ahold of a human being to help, after they have your money. I am still trying to find anyone who can help, the people on the phone can leave notes for someone to call back, but they are unable to transfer or escalate in any way other than "I'll leave a note for someone to call you", which is poor customer service. I see now that I am not the first person to have this issue. This isn't a difficult issue to fix. For $457 not sending me an itemized receipt is pretty shady business practice.

Friendly service from both the dispatcher and the technicians. The arrive quickly and had my vehicle open right away. It was much appreciated.

When I called they told me 40 minutes. I filled on the app and it counted down the ETA to 0 then changed to 30 minutes. Counted down again to 0 and again reset. I called them and they said the provider would be an hour. Cancelled service and waiting for a different company. Their provider was a company that does not show in a search. Horrible service, do not use them.

Jacob was quick to arrive, to the point, fixed the problem and went out of his way to install a new battery in a second location. His thoroughness allowed me to be on time for an important rehearsal fo which I am most grateful.

It was 30 minutes from the time I submitted my online request to having a running vehicle. Collins Towing was incredibly helpful getting me on my way and giving me advice in case the issue happened again.

I was out of town, parked in the hotel parking lot. Had just checked out of the hotel, loaded my car and was ready to return home. But when I tried to start my car, it would not start. Hotel maintenance and guest did not have cables to try to give me a hot shot. Searched the internet and found Drive Roadside Assistance. Gave me an ETA they would get to me of 20 minutes and they were able to arrive early, Driver was friendly and got me on the road in less than 5 minutes.
