Hello Mohamed. We take stop-loss disputes seriously, and every one is checked against the server record before any decision stands. In the case matching your description, the record is complete: the position in question never had a stop loss attached at any moment — while other positions on the same account, placed in the same minutes, all had their stop losses recorded normally. Our rule (published on our site) requires a stop loss on every position within 5 minutes, and it is enforced automatically and identically for every trader, with no human intervention. If you believe we have missed something, reply in your support ticket and we will gladly go through the log with you line by line — full transparency is how we operate: our payouts are published and independently verifiable on-chain on our website. — Drift Fund

Hello, we'd like to address this directly, because the facts are checkable.
The news rule is published in full on our rules page before purchase: no position may be OPEN within 5 minutes before or after a high-impact economic release — in any market, crypto included. High-impact macro releases (CPI, PPI, rate decisions, jobs data) move all markets at once, which is why the window applies to every open position, not only instruments the release is "about". The rule triggers on holding through the window, even for positions opened long before it — closing before the window starts is part of the challenge's risk management.
Enforcement is automated and identical for every trader, with the exact event and timestamps recorded. If you contact support with your account number, we will send you the precise release, the restricted window, and your position times — every decision is backed by that record.
As for "scammers": our payouts are real, sent on-chain, and publicly verifiable — every published payout on our homepage links to its blockchain transaction, including a $13,910 payout this week. We stand behind the rules as written, applied equally to everyone.

Even if I open a trade and close it within one minute, I still have to place a stop-loss before closing the trade. Also, there are too many news events, and many of them have little or no impact on the market.

On the stop-loss rule: it is strict by design - every position must be protected from the moment it opens, because news gaps and sudden moves can jump right past the exit you had in mind. It is the single rule that most protects funded capital, so it applies even to quick trades.
