If possible, I would give them 0 stars. My daughter ordered her homecoming dress and we have not heard ANYTHING from this company. We even paid for expedited shipping and now we're out the money. We've sent 3 emails and attempted twice to do live chat, which is never available. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!

They don’t even deserve 1 star…so UNPROFESSIONAL. I orecvd an order SEP 23…requested a RETURN AUTHORIZATION 3 days later, as their site specified, on SEP 26. I have sent 9 emails with NO RESPONSE!! They are a SCAM! Don’t take the risk !!!!

Robe reçue en taille 38 qui équivaut à un 34! Impossible de rentrer dedans, matière hyper lourde et épaisse.
Cerise sur le gâteau, ça fait 2 semaines que j’ai fait une demande de retour via le service client et aucune réponse (et au bout de 7j de réception le retour n’est plus accepté) !!! Inadmissible 160€ en l’air de vrais escrocs !!! Il faut signaler cette organisation !!!

Super affordable, good quality and shipping was quick. Overall satisfied and will recommend to others. The pattern and straps were slightly different from photos but overall fit/style was as expected.

SCAM! No Response!
I ordered my daughter's dress over a month ago and no update and no shipping/tracking information. I have tried emailing several times, calling, chatting...it is useless! It's my daughter's Senior Homecoming this year and this company has totally ruined it for her so now we are scrambling trying to find another dress. I will be disputing the charge no doubt! Shame on these people...SCAM!

robe reçue très tardivement avec paiement d'une livraison express souhaitée : mensonger.
impossible d'avoir le service de retour pour renvoyer la robe qui n'est pas du tout conforme à la qualité attendue : quelqu'un a-t-il l'adresse de retour? impossible de les avoir et passé le délai de 7j, pas de remboursement possible -> abusif : je vais signaler ces ventes abusives aux organes compétents !!

J'aurais dû vérifier les avis avant…
J'aurais dû vérifier les avis avant d'acheter...
Comme beaucoup d'autres j'ai dépensé une somme conséquente (200€) pour une robe que je n'ai jamais reçu, pourtant ils parlent d'un délai allant de 8 à 12 jours.
L'évènement approche, et aucune nouvelle, pas de suivi !
En plus en lisant les commentaires je vois que les robes ne sont même pas de bonne qualité.
J'ai envoyé un mail leur disant de garder la robe et de procéder au remboursement de celle-ci.

J’ai commandé sur ce site un caftan et une robe pour le mariage de mon fils j’ai payé 25 e pour une livraison express la robe a été annulé sans raison apparente puisque toujours présente sur le site et le caftan est arrivé 20 jours après que j’ai passé commande donc beaucoup trop tard le mariage de mon fils étant passé j’ai envoyé plusieurs fois des mails pour un remboursement je n’ai jamais eu de retour

I order a homecoming dress 9/7/2023 with standard delivery 6-10 days from their site.
They sent me an order saying that the dress was sent out with a tracking number that I had look up to see where it’s at. The last place it said was in Chicago Illinois, so I dig a little to find out where my package is it stated it had left a facility in Lockport Illinois which I notice after digging into it that they place another tracking number on my package remind you that this is from a shipping partner of usps and their saying it would arrive at 2:00 today.
* The dress never came and the tracking site still never updated and it saying now Saturday 23 by 11:59pm! Remind you that usps doesn’t run that late so I will check tomorrow on what it says!
USPS has not even updated the tracking history in that was over 5-6 days ago not even the tracking number I was first given updated on their site of where the package is at and when it supposed to arrive! Once again I am not a happy customer! I will never order another dress off this site! DressSelf doesn’t even have a phone number to contact them and they never email you back when you have a problem and chat assistance is a joke!!! Your site should be removed took down if you can't even respond to your customers you probably don’t even have these dresses and take them from other people sites and post them as yours just saying!

I Bought a dress 5- weeks ago that we never received and sent several emails asking for shipment information and nobody returned one email. The "company" does not have a phone number or any form of verbal communication Now my C.C. company has to file a dispute for me to get a refund.

I would like to give a negative rating!!
I have reached out a total of six times looking to track the delivery of my daughter's homecoming dress. I have not received one response, interesting how there is no number to contact customer service. I will be disputing the charge. I will be sure to tell everyone I know this is a SCAM!!! Do NOT order from them!!! The fake reviews are from men!! Homecoming is weeks away and we are running out of time to find another dress. Don't waste your time or money.
