They identified the problem quickly, and explained what the problem was, and what they needed to do in order to rectify it. Glean & Ty
Glen & Ty (mostly speaking about Glen as this is who I was in communication with)
Glen kept me informed and updated me with progress on the job. Glen also reassured my elderly Mom not to worry they had everything under control. At one point he took a call for my Mom and wrote down her hospital appointment for her. They found the cause of the blockage and worked hard all day to make sure the job was completed by the end of they day.
Glen used high technology and sent me emails with the blockage footage and talked me through the two process that could be needed. He took photos of the the different stages of the job. Job done and thank you very mum from Mom and Me

I was promised that they would attend…
I was promised that they would attend on the day of the problem and they did! Although held up by a previous job taking far longer than expected I was kept informed on the delay and kept up to date when they would actually arrive. Glen and Ty were friendly and helpful and efficient and cleared the blockage in my drain quick;y and without any fuss. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Exceptional Customer Service
Having sought help for a bad smell in my Dishwasher, Drain Response Ltd responded within a couple of hours (on a Sunday), and were with me next day.
They cleared out my drains in just over an hour, and have resolved the issue.
I had some questions post visit and the response from the management team was exceptional - they have gone above and beyond to ensure that I am Extreamly Satisfied.
Great job and a company whose exceptional level of service demonstrates they truely care.

I called on a Sunday to get a quote for a blocked drain. I got a quick reply and a very clear quote. It was not an emergency and the job was done the next day, even though they were late, I was informed and the plumbersvwere very nice and efficient.
