Great service and price for a last-minute emergency on a Saturday.
Josh was great, came out to us on short notice on a Saturday with great pricing. Found the issue straight away and resolved it within an hour explaining exactly what he’s done and what the issue was. Would not hesitate to recommend and will not be using anyone else in the future, thanks Josh!

Amazing quick service
Josh came out only a couple of hours after I originally called on a Saturday. Their prices are extremely fair and the service was very professional. He got the issue sorted quickly and left everything clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend, thank you Josh!

Would definitely recommend thi company.Phoned on friday afternoon,said they would get someone out on saturday.Had a call about 8 in the morning,Josh,saying he would be with me about 9 20.Here on the dot.I explained our problem,the drains were full and could not use toilets etc.He took off our manhole coversand the ones leading to next door.Josh was very polite and explained what he was going to do.He managed to clear everything from the drains,then gave all the pipework a good power wash.He then put a camera down to make sure all clear,then gave me a copy.Cleaned up everywhere after.Got to say,Josh was very polite and very professional.Again ,i would recommend this company,especially Josh.Many Thanks

Josh and Nick did a brilliant job of diagnosing and repairing our collapsed drain. From first contact to completion of the job, Drain Response were complete professionals. True to their word in arriving when they said they would and left the site in great condition after the excavation work. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who goes through the hell of a collapsed drain.

Two delightful engineers turned up
Two delightful engineers turned up, very helpful and on time. They dealt with a horrid problem and took care in their work and ensuring minimum impact. They even told me what repair I need to get done to stop a repeat horror. Worth every penny. Even my dogs liked them and they are excellent judges of character

Drain Response Ltd are top class
They identified the problem quickly and got the drain running straight away. It was an old clay drain from when the house was built in the 1950s, now going under an extension to the house. They identified the solution provided video footage of where the drain was smashed. They returned a few days later and cleared the drain of a wheelbarrow full of old gravel and stones and using some very clever technology and chemistry relined the drain. I am impressed by what the did and the fixed drain will probably last the next 100 years, they provided a video survey of the completed work.
They worked clean and tidy with great technical skill, they're totally professional I can highly recommend them.
