Glen cleared a pipe that had 10 years of build up
Glen turned up ontime, very professional and knew what he was doing right from the get-go, friendly manner and nothing too much trouble getting rid of a blocked pipe that had 10 years build up of commercial laundry debris and very hard water. Showed us the proof via a recording and gave we have a copy on a usb too. Highly recommend.

From the start I spoke with Josh.
Very helpful, transparent and honest.
They were very punctual and costings were giving before attendance.
I had two visits due to the complexity of the blockage.
After the 2nd visit was totally successful the 1st visit was refunded without any persuasion.
I would totally recommend Josh and his company without hesitation.

We were responded to within 12 hours, and had the work carried out today, the guy Glen was brilliant! He went through everything with me, explained what he was doing, and sorted out our problem! He was very professional, and a genuinely nice guy! I would 100% recommend him and the company

Genuine and courteous
Josh was so courteous and knowledgeable,let me see what he was doing as he explained it all, more interesting than you may think! I would highly recommend Drain Response LTD I was lucky enough to have clear drains,but by having an inspection could have saved me a lot of money and time… excellent service.

Efficient and professional service.
The company arrived the day after I contacted them. On arrival Glen and Bob introduced themselves and viewed the job. Following their inspection Glen clearly explained how they intended to approach the problem and the costs involved. I therefore had a clear picture of what was involved. They then proceeded with the work in a very professional way. The job was completed inline with the quotation and in a very tidy manner. All in all I’m very pleased with the work completed by these two very pleasant and amiable gentlemen.

First class professional and efficient
Josh and Drain Response were top notch. They carried out a difficult job efficiently effectively and with a great service mentality. They are honest and trustworthy. (They actually reduced the estimate for the job after a second survey) I cannot recommend them highly enough and would always contact them for any drainage problems.

Quick response to our call out
Quick response to our call out when I found that the whole run of drains on the property was blocked and backing up. Ty cleared the problem and flushed out everything leaving the area clean and working as it should.

Highly recommended!
Glen came yesterday and was very efficient and professional right from the start. I had a problem with a partial blockage in the upstairs toilet and Glen identified the issue, which was a build up of limescale in the drains by a process of elimination and worked extremely hard to remedy the problem using cameras and a high powered jetting system which flushed out a large amount of limescale leaving the pipes clear! I would highly recommend Glen and Drain Response to anybody!

From the moment I called, Joe's customer service was second to none. He promptly phoned back to book the visit as soon as they could, walked through all the costs, continued to provide updates on a regular basis and at the end showed exactly what they had done. Everything was left clean and tidy.
