Josh is amazing and his colleague Wayne i think his name was.we got off to a great start then some sh#t times where other bits went wrong and me the customer got her hair in a twist but even after it all I cant fault josh hes amazing and so freindly they have there work cut out and go above and beyond infact prob the best people ive ever had in my house

Josh arrived on time and was very pleasant. I really struggle with tradespeople coming to my house and he made me feel at ease as soon as he arrived. He completed the job professionally and in a decent timescale.

Happiness is an unblocked toilet
Jo and Jamie were so friendly when they came to help us with a blocked toilet. I hang my head in shame when they eventually found a wayward plastic toilet freshener! At their advice I shall be purchasing the stick on ones in future not the ones that hang over the rim. Thank you guys for your prompt and efficient visit and for ensuring that our Christmas will now go according to plan. Merry Christmas.

Efficient and Friendly
We had an emergency situation which was professionally dealt with by Fin and Wayno. They explained the process to us very clearly and were both very personable and friendly even though it was late in the day. They were both very friendly and did the job very efficiently. I would recommend this company to anyone who finds themselves in our situation as we felt very at ease and the job was done very well. We appreciate your hard work as well as hospitality. 5 Stars 🌟.

Glen is THE ENGINEER
There are hardly any superlatives strong enough to describe the outstanding service Glen provided. He resolved an issue quickly, efficiently, and professionally—an issue that another company failed to diagnose correctly. Glen was honest, knowledgeable, and transparent in every step. He charged only the minimum, gave us genuinely helpful advice, and left us with full confidence in the work done.
I only wish every engineer and tradesperson were like him. Highly recommended!

Josh and Joe arrived to unblock our loo and drain on a Saturday afternoon. We live in an old property in Bath with very old drains! They were lovely guys who explained everything clearly and worked quickly to resolve the problem. All fixed within half an hour.

This was a very efficient service. The two engineers, Josh and Finn, clearly knew what they were doing and worked hard within a relatively short time frame. They were friendly and professional.

Worked late of Friday evening and got the job done
Glen and Connor cleared a tricky main drain problem, working in a tight space. They clearly knew how to go about the task, and got the job done in just under an hour, charging me what I was told they would charge. Happy with the result. I would recommend them to anyone.

Professional and friendly drain clearance
Glen and Bob were very helpful and professional throughout. They called in advance to let us know exactly when they would be arriving and explained exactly what they would do and all the costs upfront before starting work, plus possible snags they might encounter. They kept us fully informed of everything they were doing, finished the job in the timeframe they had advised and gave some expert advice on how to tackle the problem should it occur again.
I would be very happy to recommend them to anyone with drain and sewer problems such as those we experienced.
