Drain Doctor - Rochdale Recensioni

Brilliant service. Blocked toilet pipe Esra was very professional explained everything to us . Did a great job went above and beyond. Pleasant young man would highly recommend.

I have nothing but praise for the engineer who came to fix the blockages here. His equipment was new and clean.

He was polite, considerate and very clean and tidy and kept me informed of his progress.

He showed us the pipes were clear with his camera as well as the state of the joints. Without the camera you have to trust the blockage is cleared.

Despite being a Sunday, they responded to my email within an hour and had someone over that morning. Ezra clearly explained what he was going to do and did a fantastic job unblocking the drains. Would 100% recommend

Drain Doctor Rochdale have been and cleared my blocked drain in no time, same day service aswell. Liam kept me informed as to when they'd be coming, and so I was able to nip out before they arrived, he said if I wasn't back they'd wait for me! Alex and Ezra got stuck in and went above and beyond to get the job done, these lads are a credit to the company, making light work of what must be one of the dirtiest jobs. Both had great sense of humour, they explained why the blockage was caused and advised me not to buy any more cheap toilet rolls from TikTok lol ! I can highly recommend Drain Doctor Rochdale x

Can't speak highly enough of Liam and Alex. Friendly, polite, efficient service. Excellent communication throughout. Highly recommended.

Prompt and efficient service. They inspected and unblocked my drains the day after my phone call. Showed me the clean drain through CCTV and explained what needs fixing in detail and why. I paid for the job and got the invoice through email the following day. Very professional.

After discovering the problem we contacted the company they responded the same day made the appointment over text and were there later that day. Knew exactly what the issue was and dealt with it. Really nice chap too - if we hadn’t have got sorted that day I don’t think it would have been sorted till after Xmas - 5 star service for us!

Excellent service from start to finish, from the very first call. Rang Sunday and arranged visit for following morning, very prompt and keep you updated. Really knowledgeable, professional and very reasonable. Would not hesitate in recommending to anyone and will use them again ourselves whenever required.

Thanks for sorting out the drain blockage
Thanks drain doctor for sorting out my blocked drains. They checked the exterior drain pipes for both bathrooms, removing the blockage that was causing my main bathroom sink to drain water very slowly and subsequently the dirty sink water to flow back in to my shower

Brilliant liam was spot on very professional an did the job he came to do and did a brilliant job of cleaning up thanks very much

Excellent service, fully explained all the work being completed. Good price, technician arrived on time and was really friendly. Would defiantly use again.

Jake resolved the issue within minutes, quick and efficient

They were great, really fast at coming back to us after I enquired and the drain was sorted the next day! Jack was really efficient and helpful. Thanks

No reflection on the engineer, he solved the problem in around 30 minutes but I do think the charge of £270 inc. vat was quite exorbitant.

Had full manhole which Jack cleared and came back later same day after started to back up again till late in evening. Unsure if had cleared completely so arranged to return following day with camera which thankfully confirmed clearance and just poor gradient of existing drains, which proved to be a very complicated layout - he and I are still unsure exactly where it exits the property, but at least we know it’s clear and no need for any digging thankfully. Jack is a great guy who is persistent and will get the job done. A credit to Drain Doctor !!

We had an issue with a foul smelling shower plug hole for over a year. I called Drain Doctor and had calls back within minutes. They arranged someone to come the next morning and in fact two vans came out. We had Ben come in to investigate and he was excellent. He diagnosed a fairly straightforward problem as something just needed tightening in the plughole. Ben did not charge for the job and his overall service was fantastic. Would highly recommend Drain Doctors!

Absolutely first class service. Rapid response, problem fixed, the working area left clean and a fair price.
