The plumber arrived within 2 hours of discovering waste matter flooding outside the house. Using a down-the-hole camera, the blockages were quickly discovered, cleared and flushed. Best of all, the area was washed down prior to him going. I cannot complain about the service which was top rate, especially in the freezing weather.

Cannot recommend highly enough. We used the Derby guys last year for a blockage and have just had the Nottingham team out for an unrelated blockage. Fantastic service again, swift repairs and the bill reduced due to the issue not being as we originally thought.

We used drain doctor Mansfield/Nottingham for the first time - what a great team, they were interested, enthusiastic and did a fantastic job. i am sure will will be using Dan and his team again.

Booked Drain Doctor to unblock a toilet. When he arrived and found the manhole (next door) he checked the drain which was clear and then said the blockage was in the toilet. He asked me for a bucket and a jug. My son asked why he hadn't got these items on his van? He found a bucket in his van in the end. He unblocked the toilet after a while and when he flushed it, it did seem to drain. We were his last job before he broke up for Xmas. The next morning I used the toilet and when I flushed it the water and waste did not flush properly so at 7:30am I called the emergency 24 hour helpline, explained the situation and the lady said they would come and give me a quote. I explained that we had just paid £285 so would not be paying anymore as the job wasn't done properly. By 9:20 I hadn't heard anything so I rang back and gave the gentleman all the exact same details I had already done and he said he'd get someone round. I asked why the call hadn't already been logged when I rang at 7:30 but he just became defensive and said that he was doing the best he could. The workman came, he was dressed in his casual, not work clothes and said that the toilet was working yesterday and that we couldn't keep calling him out. He also stated 'I don't know what you've been putting down the toilet', to which my son said that he should know exactly what was going into a toilet and it had obviously not been unblocked properly the day before. He asked for a mop and my son leant him a mop but did suggest that as he was being paid to unblock toilets he should really have a mop, bucket and jug!! He said that he needed the mop to 'clear your mess up on the floor'. The mess he had made!! He then left after checking the toilet flushed properly and promptly left the mop outside the house. I won't be using them again. I've put the Nottingham branch but it could have been the Beeston or Long Eaton branch which isn't listed.

Lovely polite guy (Carl) came out to unblock a small section of external drain. However the office had not quoted me a price so when he showed me the charge before he proceeded I nearly fainted! Felt bad at wasting his time but wasn’t prepared to accept a clearly over inflated quote.
He knocked back on the door to day his boss would reduce it by £60 but I still said no as I was annoyed that that price wasn’t quoted originally.
Anyway different recommended local independent company coming out now for nearly half the drain doctor original quote (& still significantly less than the reduced price!)
