We needed a CCTV scan at short notice and the report to be completed very quickly to enable a house move. All members of the team that we dealt with were so helpful (especially Anna on the phone!) and they went out of their way to make it happen. We're really grateful for their professionalism and understanding.

Notified of their arrival time, in advance, both Ross & Matt were punctual. We discussed the job in hand so I would understand the process. They were both friendly, respectful & professional throughout.

From the lovely friendly helpful lady I first spoke to and the equally lovely friendly and excellent plumbers who came to fix out blocked toilet . We could not have had better service . Highly recommend them

After being let down by another well known drainage company twice over the weekend, called Drain Doctor and they were able to come out on the same day and managed to unblock our drain and clean up the mess really quickly. Price was good and the recommendations for follow on work were clearly explained.Very happy customer

The guy that came to unblock my toilet was very polite and efficient. He even looked at my sink as it was leaking and is sorting me a quote for that. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a plumber. Thank you

Came out quickly, within a couple of hours, to blocked drain, cleared the blockage and put camera down drain and found broken drain, very efficient and professional, at all times. Even though this was on Christmas Eve

After discovering we had blocked drains late on a Sunday afternoon just before Xmas, an engineer visited within 24 hours to resolve the issue.
After arriving and assessing the work involved, he quoted us a price before commencing work.
We were very pleased with the prompt response and price of the work involved.

I came home from work to find the drain was blocked and had backed up and was running down my drive. I rang Drain Doctor at approximately 4pm and the very helpful telephonist kindly arranged a visit from one of their operatives for the next day. The technician arrived promptly at 8am and set straight to work. An hour later my drain was up and running and the technician gave me a detailed report on the remedy he'd carried out and details of the condition of my drain and a recommendation on how to mitigate further problems. All together an excellent service from start to finish, thank you Drain Doctor.

So far so good, drain cleared and they noticed a problem with the drain that it looks partially displaced potentially, showed me on the CCTV & advised of next steps (needs neighbours involvement). Quick service, polite professional m. Highly recommend
