Came same day. Engineer was great. Diagnosed and fixed the issue within 20 mins. Brilliant!

First class service. Called at 10am and the Drain Doctor had it sorted by 3.30pm! Cheapest out there too! Thank you

Can’t rate this company enough. Huge thanks to Drain Doctor Nottingham who came out today and sorted my blocked drain. They managed to fit me in around my working hours which made things so much easier. The engineer was really friendly, explained what he was doing and had everything cleared in no time. Such a weight off my mind, brilliant service all round. Their chap even helped explain the complicated plumbing I’m dealing with. They are reassuringly quick to respond and affordable. Definitely recommend them if you ever find yourself in the same situation. Absolutely perfect.

Drain Doctor have been fantastic, especially their engineer Ross. A previous contractor made a complete botch job of our outside drain pipe and a leak that was occurring under the concrete. However Ross was incredibly diligent with rectifying the issues made by the previous contractor, and continually made sure that we were happy with the work that he was doing. He was always polite and thorough, and went above and beyond with the work that needed doing. Also Hannah in the office was fantastic with communication and made sure that the service we were given was prompt and convenient.

Skilled and diligent technicians, arrive promptly, solved all problems and left a clean and tidy location.

Problem diagnosed, fully explained and rectified within 48 hours. Cracked and collapsing drain flushed and lined. I was also shown - given a cctv camera tour to see both issues and fix. Greatly reassuring. Good service.

Responded very quickly to my drain problem. Assessed the issue, quoted and completed work within a few days. Extremely tidy job, the Presscrete surface was matched superbly on finishing. Very professional service and would recommend very highly.

Helpful advice from the start regarding the issue and explaining what the job would entail. Accurate idea of the cost and the timescale involved. Internal pipe blockage cleared next day using equipment outside our property.

Competent staff who unblocked a drain quickly.

After being let down with our plumbing insurance company with a leak under our kitchen floor being diagnosed with a possible mains water pipe leak and not being repaired.
We made the call to Drain Doctor knowing it would cost us to repair but the damage being caused by the leak needing fixing.
We spoke to them in the evening of Friday and explained that this was the diagnosis and can they fix it as their website advertised plumbing services. The answer was yes and we were booked in for Saturday.
Saturday arrived and the technician arrived but our alarm bells were ringing loudly because there was no tools or even a small tool bag brought out the van. The technician was greeted and we showed him the issue. The response was there is nothing I can do as I’m only a drainage person and this isn’t something we as drain doctor we would touch! I can’t do anything but can get a quote for the reply. But instead of this he looked on his phone and said you just need a plumber here are some to ring. We can’t do anything to help as we are a Franchise and would cost more than it should.

I do have one big issue and I feel it is completely unjustified and when there is an issue all big companies use this excuse.
Did you speak to a young girl to which we replied we spoke to a female worker. He said oh yes she’s still in training and should have refused this job straight away.
I personally feel this is a poor excuse. And for the record this female worker was extremely friendly and if she was in training to which I doubt because of the in depth questions she was asking and perhaps if she’s been used a scape goat all the time should be made aware of this.

The reviews and website presentation doesn’t match to our experience and will not be contacting any of the franchises of the Drain Doctor network. We will also not be recommending yourselves.
As we feel it’s false advertising. This is an honest and truthful review.
