Drain Doctor - Nottingham Recensioni

Came out within the hour. Really friendly and upfront with the costs.
The engineer that came out explained everything to me. Did a great job.
Great service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

Very experienced and knowledgeable…. arrived on time and did all he could to avoid us having to dig floors up to access a man hole cover.

The Technician Liam was extremely professional polite and efficient. The follow up survey report was thorough and clear

Came out within 2 hours, drain unblocked in 10 minutes for less than the cost estimated in the phone, thanks very much.

Drain was cleared really quickly and I'm very happy with the service. I was told the price upfront and it was accurate to what I paid

Drain Doctor Nottingham have been a pleasure to deal with. Hannah, Matt and Ross were brilliant. Easy to get hold of. Everything was explained clearly and work completed on time. I had pipes flushed and an inspection by camera to diagnose problems. Subsequently I had 2 terracotta pipes re - lined and a manhole re - benched.

Great service and the guys was very helpful.

Responsive, knowledgeable and came out promptly. Helped us understand our legal position with Severn Trent which was hugely valuable. Engineer who came out and admin person also very friendly which made a stressful situation much easier than it might have been

Quick efficient service from friendly call advisor to engineer. An amazing service from all areas and a fair rate for an excellent service .
From my experience, I’d recommend this company .,

Really great experience. Called within the hour to discuss the issue and they arranged for someone to visit the same day to assess the problem. Next day, Ross came at the time agreed and sorted it - no trouble, polite friendly helpful and efficient.

Amazing service we had an emergency last night and we called them. An engineer came today and fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes. He was very polite and professional and explained the issue to us thoroughly. He gave us a quote before fixing the problem to ensure we were happy with the plan. Thank you so much

They gave a very efficient and friendly service, identifying the problem quickly and sorting it out straight away.

Prompt and good communication, drain cleared with no fuss. Clean and tidy

Rang this company up as both toilets were blocked. Sent there man out same day. He was very good found the blockedge straight away. Fixed it and checked everthing worked before he left. Price very good. Would recommend these to family and friends.

They were very prompt in sending somebody out to us, identifying the problem and fixing it. They also responded very quickly via email and phone. Very professional and reliable. I'd highly recommend them.

I wasn’t told the cost when I asked for the call out until the engineer told me the price before carrying the work out and I felt i needed to say yes as he was already there. Since the drain was cleared, I can still hear air when the water is draining down the sink and now my condensate pipe is backing up as I hear the bubbles when I drain the sink. I would have thought the person may have opened up the drain outside to check if any blockages there. Wasn’t a great experience for a large sum for 20 mins

Called Drain Doctor Nottingham to report a blocked drain and Ross was with us an hour later and after giving a quote set to clearing the blockage which was in an external drain. Having cleared the blockage the adjacent manhole covers were lifted and they were checked and flushed through. Left the site clean and even demonstrated how to DIY. Would definitely use this firm again.

A very quick response and the work was carried out with efficiency and politeness in spite of the weather being abysmal.

A very quick and excellent response to our request for a drain survey to see where the rats were getting into the house. Having found the rats entrance they were able to seal it within a week
Would really recommend.

Very pleasant operative came the same day and fixed the blockage.would recommend
