Drain Doctor - North West Recensioni

Drain Doctor came out very quickly to unblock our drains. The man who came to our house was very efficient, courteous and friendly. He quoted us for some work and said we would get a video of what he had found today. Unfortunately, we didn't get a copy of that video until we had formally accepted his quote for the remedial work. This work was carried out over 3 days and after he had finished, you couldn't really tell that he had been doing any work at all. It did take a bit of chasing to get all the final videos of the repair work but we did get them eventually. Only time will tell if the repairs have worked.

Great service and communication, highly recommend

Extremely professional, on time and great service

Great Service, very professional. We had a problem with our drains and booked a call out for the following day. First thing in the morning we had a phone call to check the situation and confirm the booking. We then had another call to let us know an engineer was on his way. The engineer arrived and checked the problem and gave us a quote. He carried out the work and cleaned everything up afterwards. He did an exceptional job. After he left we had a follow up call from the office to ensure we were happy with the work. I would definitely recommend this company if you ever have a problem.

good job but far to expensive £463 for 45 minutes work

Problem was not solved .
The engineer was very hard sell & objectionable

The technician was great and fixed the blocked drain super quickly.
We really appreciated the quick call out.

The time between initial call and the technician arriving was about an hour. I may have been fortunate in that he had finished a job not too far away. He identified the cause of the problem and dealt with it professionally. Everything was cleaned up on completion and I settled up. It wasn't cheap but then again I don't have access to the specialist equipment required and I don't have the stomach to deal with what he had to clear.

They were great, turned up when they said they would, did the job perfectly even though it wasn’t the easiest, remained cheerful and left zero mess.

Sounds really obvious but so many tradesmen today don’t do any of that!

I would highly recommend and will use them again.

Came quickly and the two gentlemen were super helpful, informative and friendly. Job was done super fast and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Jack was so kind and explained everything he was going to do and how the sewer pipes needed to be fixed,I would definitely recommend Jack for his knowledge and skills

Able to book an appointment immediately. The engineer was shown the problem a blocked drain in the bath. It wasn’t a straight forward fix as he had to remove bath panel and pipe work. This was carried out competently and soon had the drain unblocked. I would certainly recommend the Drain Doctor.

Excellent engineer, made sure the job was done properly and to our satisfaction

Excellent service. Very thorough. Checked all the drains with the camera whilst trying to find the problem. Very helpful and friendly.

Sid, our Drain Doctor, arrived within 2 hours of my call, assessed the situation and managed to clear the blockage. Excellent, efficient and friendly service. Thank you. It was a joy to wash up this evening! We will certainly recommend Drain Doctor.

Excellent service and a friendly helpful guy, who was prepared to go the extra mile to make sue the problem was sorted out.

Darren who came was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Got on with things quickly and efficiently, taking time to explain what he was doing, and why.

Would have been 5 stars but I was a little annoyed that the price I was given over the phone did not include VAT. I only was made aware of this after the work had been completed and it was time to pay. When a business quotes for an end user consumer, VAT should be automatically factored in.

a great service. I have filled an online request and I have received a phone call few min later. Mark came to deblock the drains withing a couple of hours which is brilliant. He explained everything very nicely and all sorted within less than 6 hours since submitting my online request very efficient

Courtesy, efficiency et al from first telephone request to completion of the job. Highly impressed! ‘Nuff said!

Brian was great, weather rubbish but got on with it and did a good job. Polite and explained everything really well. A bit expensive but a job well done
