Drain Doctor - North West Recensioni

Rang to book an operative to come and resolve a blocked kitchen sink drain (between the external drain cover and the manhole). Their office rang back within 15mins to advise an operative would be with us within the hour. After about half an hour "Jack" turned up and checked the issue, freed the blockage and flushed the drain through.
Jack was an extremely professional and polite guy - if we ever have any further blocked drain issues, we'll be asking if Jack is avaialable.

Instant response to my post pleasant manner from the receptionist. Agreed day and time that suited me
Arrived on time, pleasant young man who introduced himself. Full explanation of the problem and the work required including pictures. Would recommend

The technician was efficient, professional and friendly and made an effort to explain everything. Highly recommended.

Engineer was very friendly. Second time using them. Problem solved quickly. Great company

Mark came to renew some pipes on our drive after having several toilet blockages.

He explained the problems as we viewed the camera going through the drain. The drain was that bad, the camera got stuck. That didn't phase Mark, he climbed in and got it free. Great that it hadn't got too far down the pipe, but shows how bad our drains were.
A much bigger job than I'd hoped...

He returned a few days later to begin the work. Took a few days to complete including digging really deep and re tarmacking the drive. Hail showers, cold weather but he never stopped. Hopefully sorted forever now!

Mark was very friendly from the word go, eased any worries I had and explained every query, no matter how daft!

He likes his tea strong with 2 sugars, very trusting and committed to getting the job done to customer satisfaction!

A great team - and if you're reading this Mark, thank the whole team for me - highly recommended!

Mark, the technician went above and beyond to get the job done. Arrived promptly and call backs were answered. This company is reliable and I would definitely use again A+++

Excellent Service. Jack was helpful and informative as always.

Great service, very quick to come out.
Friendly and professional service

Punctual, polite and professional. Excellent explanation, plan and execution.

Good job Peter!!

The major drainage work in the garden over 7 days was done in a professional manner. The guy doing most of the work on his own was pleasant and very hard working in all weathers. Good service all round. Would reccomend the company.

As always, great service!

Drain was cleared and cleaned however it was severely over priced! If i would've known how much it normally was i wouldn't have agreed to have it done.

Excellent Prompt Service, Jack was extremely friendly and very professional.

Would highly recommend.

Friendly Service. Very quick. Cleaned up all his mess and advise given

Everything has been done to my satisfaction. The Drain Doctor staff are very good to deal with and are reliable.

The technician who came was very efficient and explained everything carefully.

Absolute first class service. The engineer arrived promptly. Had a look at the issue and explained everything in detail. A price was then given and was really reasonable. The engineer was polite and friendly. A first class job would definitely recommend these guys. I was a little apprehensive at first, being told something needed doing that actually didn’t need doing, didn’t get that with these guys. Felt everything was explained in detail with no added bits 😊. Great job 👏🏻 👍🏻 thank you

I called out of hours and received a prompt answer from the tele handler who took my details for someone at the local branch to call back - I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting much of a response but to my surprise, I received a call back within the hour. I agreed to a technician to visit in the afternoon and received a call shortly after to let me know they were around 30 minutes away.
Jack B (pretty sure that's right but might be Jack P) arrived, gave a quote and started work...... it proved a difficult problem to resolve however, Jack didn't give up and worked tirelessly to fix the problem within the 2hr window allowed for.....
Credit where it's due, great service all round and I would definitely recommend.

friendly workman explained what he was going to do left my bathroom exepitnally clean and tidy
