Poor communication from the engineer. Decided to leave the property due to access issues assuming that we changed our mind on the fee, which could have been resolved by a quick call to receive the code to the gates. Thankfully, returned to resolve our issue after a number of calls made to the office.

Steve was great and checked everything over and resolved the problem. Which turned out to be a smaller problem than expected. Checked out our neighbours drain covers too, to ensure no bigger unforeseen problems left behind.

Easy to book an appointment, called within 15 mins to confirm and give us a time. Telephone call on the morning of appointment to confirm.a time. Very efficient, sorted the problem, cleared the drain and all completed very quickly.

Kevin arrived on time and did a thorough diagnostic on our drain problem. Sorted the blockage and gave us a good explanation of what has happened and reassured us that a solution would be possible should the problem re occur. Will certainly use drain dr again if needed.

Amazing! Gerrard was appointed our job and it was a big challenge to find the blocked sewer in our street but he took it all in his stride, very professional and knowledgeable. We are so grateful to him for fixing the problem. Totally recommend.

Answered my call after a very busy Friday at work after working hours. Arranged for next day help, Keith was my engineer.
Cannot fault his work, a truly lovely chap. Super friendly and made me feel at ease despite the stress of a drain blockage.

Kevin arrived on time, with the promised telephone call first to say he was on his way. He explained what services he could offer to try & find the cause of our issue (drain smell) and also gave us the price for one hours worth of investigation. He listened carefully to our experience of the issue and was very thorough & soon found the root cause of one problem. Despite his best efforts the cause of the second problem remains a mystery but we will try & treat the drain with something like BioFlow to eliminate the smell.
