Gérard was excellent. Turned up on time, completed a high standard of work in what was at times, pretty awful weather. Made sure I was happy with all of the work completed and also had the final amount due reduced as he hadn't had to do certain parts that were in the initial quote. Left the site clean and tidy. Will recommend and use Drain Doctor again. Worth noting that Karen and Chloe in the office were excellent too.

Drain Doctor's technician, Jamie, arrived on time and resolved our issue rapidly, cleaning up once he had finished. This was the second time that we have used East Anglia Drain Doctor and on both occasions their service was exemplary. The booking service is polite, cheerful and efficient. The technicians turn up when they say they are going to. They are polite, helpful and effective. I strongly recommend them.

Kevin was great really knowledgeable on it all gave some suggestions on what we can do regarding the drains and just an all round lovely guy. Would 100% recommend using Drain Doctor it was a great process from start to finish and Kevin is an asset to you!
