Truly professional company. Cleaned our drain in no time without any hassle. Would highly recommend.

Really happy with service, transparent with costs and full information throughout. Really helpful informative

Excellent- great guy, super helpful, thankyou.

The service was easy to book and the engineer turned up on time. He was knowledgeable and friendly and carried out the work ( blocked drain) with no mess or fuss . Tested his work before leaving. Great service

Nice chap. Clear communication. Very prompt service. Dealt with the immediate blockage within an hour and gave us advice on a further possible problem. Great job.

My bathroom sink wasn’t draining. This company sent an engineer within the hour and located the problem with cameras. The engineer was polite and efficient and the sink was fixed.

We needed assistance with a blocked toilet. Getting an appointment was easy and the professional that came out, Tom, was absolutely great.

Kevin was very professional and knowledgable, he went over and above to help us out. I would recommend contacting the drain doctor if you want the problem solved quickly and professionally.

Thanks

Second time I’ve used them and yet again the service was excellent and efficient. Gerard was friendly, helpful and professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Excellent service, very effective result.recommend the contractor.
Downside was the cost😂😂

Great service

Had an urgent need to unblock the toilet drain outside. I rang and got answered quickly, lovely person to deal with and arranged for visit first call the next day. Guy who showed up was delightful and professional and thorough. He explained the issue and sorted it promptly. Very happy customer

The technicion arrived on time...encouraging!! Understood the situation and after 3 hours finished the difficult task of locating the blockage including a full clean-up. Helpful, polite, and enthusiastic to get the job done, including extensive use of available equipment.
Cost of £550+ somewhat painful but understanding equipment available, HQ costs, his costs and dreaded VAT, plus need for reasonable profit not a matter to get too excited about. Prior pathetic efforts by "so-called plumber" shows value of true professional organisation.
Many thanks.

Craig was very good! Got the job done highly positive and nice! Would recommend

Always efficient and speedy just wish I didn’t need your services so often.

Excellent Service. Good communications, and explained everything.

Arrived on time, sorted the problem quickly, cleanly and efficiently and gave me some really useful advice to prevent a repeat. Professional but friendly, I would definitely recommend.

The drainage engineer was prompt and on time and found the problem and dealt with it for us so happy with the service thank you

So pleased, Kevin was excellent. He had time to explain everything he was doing. He did the job and it is all now in working order. He pointed out what would be required to make a septic tank covder safe. Thank you again Kevin.
