Great customer service. They had a shortage of a particular component color. Offered to change colors to ensure it was received before Christmas but I choose to wait. After assembly was completed the expedited the shipment!

Never again
I bought this for my wife for a Christmas present, but it did not work. I hope to receive a replacement soon (in February), but that will never make up for the upset caused at a special time of the year.
***Update, I received a replacement today (18/1), and it seems to have been worth the wait! A happy wife makes for a happy life! Thanks!

Solid online experience
I had to wait a long time to receive my product but to be fair. It was the Christmas season and you clearly communicated the dates you would be closed and reopening. I never received a notice that my product had shipped but I did receive a delivery notice. Overall my online experience was great.

On Dec 22nd I paid over $20 on my $25 item for 2-3 day shipping. It wasn't even shipped out until Jan 7th and I still do not have it.

Inaccurate arrival times
The times for arrival given by UPS were always off by ~one day, causing me to spend far too much time at home waiting for the product.

I love the doxy
I love the doxy. I had one for about 5 years, and it finally gave out. I typically use it 5 days a week. It gave me such a mighty "O." Then my new one arrived, and I was so excited. I opened the box and gave myself a big "O" 10 times. I highly recommend the Doxy if you want to experience mind-blowing O's!!!

Straightforward transaction
Customer service was good. I didn't need them but I ordered a custom one and it came as ordered.
A little weird the box the custom came in, came in a box and with instructions that are for the regular I also ordered, but it isn't exactly complicated to look them up online.
Shipping was pretty fast via DHL to the USA east coast.

Replacement. I can’t get them to help or even reply after several attempts. If I can get at least a reply I

They are shipping from UK
They are shipping from UK. If you are ordering to a EU country ypu will face customs and VAT fees on the import! They dont mention this anywhere throughout the purchasing process. Cannot recommend to buy directly! The product itself is great!

Doxy 3R with rabbit attachment
I bought the doxy 3d just for the ability to use attachments. The power of the doxy 3d is so minimal is comparison with the doxy die cast. I am very unhappy.
