Product was great until it broke under warranty then so far it's been with them a week or more and they're very slack at replying to emails and thus far haven't told me when my replacement is coming...

amazing Tool, great support, fast results!

But a really fast and helpfull support made the whole experience a bliss in itselfe. I can totally recommend the doxy wands (kills every satisfyer im told ;p.), cab totally tell u there support is fast and helpfull! 5/5 Star gives!

Every time we put down an absorbent blanket
My girlfriend and I love love love our Doxy. 10/10 recommend. Make sure you read the FAQs so you’re not surprised if you get variable vibrations and want a steady stream, and you probably should have an absorbent blanket in place.

An almost perfect experience
The buying process was very easy. I got a great deal and received the product as promised. The one downside was I never received tracking and the item could have been stolen or damaged in my driveway overnight.

Poor value for money.
I’ve owned or gifted at least 6 of these over the years. When they work they are wonderful. However they nearly all fail with the same fault. The head detaches because the thread (plastic) is stripped. The motor is too powerful for the plastic components, they need to be metal. I have emailed and asked if the die cast wands are different, but customer service is never the best. Consider something cheaper.
Edited: That’s all they say, if it’s under warranty, 12 months for a £100 product that should last years.

I have had several products from Doxy and can say customer service is very good, my only criticism would be no discount for return customers.

Customer service is not the best. Not even very good.
I tried to sent my wand, because after 1.5year it started having some issues with turning on, off, changing speeds etc. It was just a one year warranty, apparently... Ok. Not cool. It's a pricey thing and got broken after a careful use for 1.5 year. I was offered discount to buy a new one, 35%. But the website offers 30% off for everyone. Wow. I replied to the email and a few days later no discount code and no reply. Wand was great but I will look for more customer-friendly company.
