I had a will transfer to Dovaston Law from another practice, the solicitor who originally handled this no longer practices law. I called to make an amendment, the person in question was not available, and was advised I would receive a call back.

I chased for a call back 10 days later, the amendment became urgent due to upcoming surgery, however, on speaking to an extremely rude person, I was advised that they were not taking on new instruction.

I should have been advised of this instead of having to chase it myself 10 days later.

Update: Instead of addressing my legitimate concerns, Ms. Dovaston has chosen to retaliate by flagging my honest reviews, accusing me of being "aggressive," "threatening," and a "bully." These unfounded claims are not only baseless but also defamatory, and they only strengthen my case against her and her firm. It’s telling that Ms. Dovaston is going to such lengths to defend her so-called "legal hero" Martin Nossel, and protect the reputation of her unprofessional firm, Dovaston Law. Her actions speak volumes about the integrity (or lack thereof) behind their practice. Rest assured, I will not be silenced in exposing the actions of this firm and will continue to warn other consumers to prevent them from suffering the financial harm I have endured.
