Nic was brilliant from start to finish. I initially emailed him with photos of my misaligned window with a broken handle as well as my misaligned conservatory doors. He responded the same day with his impression, quote and his availability. He arrived on time, was professional throughout and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend to others and will be sure to use him again.

Nic came round and replaced 2 dg units and replaced the hinges on another window. He also adjusted the hinges on yet another window. When the job was finished he promptly to adjust my front door at no cost as he wasn't happy with it rubbing. Nic was very effective and friendly and completely professional. So yes 5 stars all round. I'm happy with the quote given and paid. If only all tradesmen were this good.

I rang in sheer panic, unable to close or lock my bathroom window. At 4.30pm on a Saturday afternoon, no one else was even answering.
But Upglaze did, gave a reasonable cost and immediate home visit.
I was met by an absolute gentleman; it can be tricky allowing tradesmen into the home as a woman on my own. I found him to be professional, reassuring and efficient. Done and dusted in a super quick timely manner. Such a relief and wonderful to know there are still trustworthy people to call on. Nic came and repaired a locking mechanism and also 3 windows that had misted. Done in a very short timescale as we were selling the house. Thoroughly recommend .

Called Upglaze in again to advise post complete refurbishment change of room use (utility to utility/ bathroom). Nic suggested sensible, budget friendly options. Replaced exterior plain glass door/side panels with opaque, insulated double glazing and finish-trimmed to fit in with new plaster surroundings. Also reglazed/beaded connecting door to match. 4 Months on, external door looks contemporary, not an old one made over. Very happy with result.
Nic also fitted insulation panels to another rooms' add-on bay window inside and out, as previously done in kitchen to good effect.
