Dotdigital is a rock solid email platform that's flexible and easy to use. Whenever I've encountered any issues or needed pointing in the right direction regarding using certain features, the support team have always been really quick at getting back to me with help and guidance.

Been with them about a year now which is my second time with DD (last involvement was about 5 years ago). I pushed from DD this time around when my current company was looing for an MA solution based on my previous good experience with them - specifically - easy to use, intuitive, responsive technical support and they have more than justified my faith this time around. Simple to use yet advanced-enough in its capabilities.
Whilst there are some limitations in it's true customisation abilities, this is only in rare instances.
