Their account management and customer service is amazing, if you've got a problem, they will help you solve it as quickly as possible. Our account manager, Chantelle, is incredible- always there if you have a problem and filled with great ideas to help us with the business. I couldn't recommend them more!

Great support as always! We've been using Dotdigital for years and it's been fantastic. Their customer service and account management has been so helpful as well. Our latest experience was when I set up a call to learn more about the AI functionality on Dotdigital and our account manager Tom provided very clear answers which allowed us to develop a plan going forward. He also had a very simple solution to another piece of work which was extremely helpful!

Very intuitive and easy-to-use. There's a good onboarding, so you have a very short learningcurve before sending your first email or setting up your first program. The Dotdigital team is very easy to reach in case of problems, or to help with challenges or defining the next step for your marketing strategy. The blog and training hub offer a lot of information to work independently.
