Excellent service and great product delivered on time and well packaged.
We purchased the bifold black out dual blinds and each day they drop about half an inch or so,I contacted the company and one of the team said this can happen as the weight is on the topand there isnt anythingthey can do so I think we have been badly advised on the product and defeats the object of black out so be very careful buying from this company as they seem to want your money for a bad product

Blinds were delivered in record time, and were exactly as ordered and expected.
Great selection. Quick delivery. Easy to install (no messing about cutting to fit). Look great. Couldn't be happier.

Blind installed correctly as confirmed by company but light coming through on both sides as blind is 4cm shorter than given dimensions which wasn't mentioned prior purchase or anywhere in description. Also thermal efficiency/solar coating doesn't work as it easily gets to 40 degrees temperature on a sunny day (checked with infrared thermometer). You can feel heat standing in front of window. Blind was also supposed to be easy clean but it's impossible to clean it without leaving marks. NOT recommended. Seller just fobbing off offering different much more expensive type of blind to sort out problem. Wasted money and time.

Blinds didn't fit, sent me a replacement which also didn't fit. They told me the reductions they make from the measurements given and both have been too large compared to what they say, however they claim this is acceptable manufacturing tolerance. Now they are telling me my measurements must be wrong (verified with laser and multiple people). Bottom line is they gave a blind that doesn't fit the measurements provided and they've taken my money.
Ps. I'm already excusing the wrong color furniture sent originally and the terrible qc on the adhesive strips

Long wait for blind when received was faulty material did not match and poor quality, customer services not interested and offered no compensation for inconvenience replacement blind has still not arrived poor service!!!

Having had great difficulty finding a stockist for extra wide blinds I was delighted to find dotcom blinds and see the wide range available, especially the right fit guarantee.
The blind arrived exactly when stated, well packaged and with clear easy to follow instructions for fitting. The quality of the fabric is very good and overall really happy with the result. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Firstly, really good to hear that following "my rant" (your words) and my direct and persistent intervention, DotcomBlinds actually decided that yes, my repeated suggestion to Buzz that DotcomBlinds should probably take the trouble to actually contact their customer and clarify their delivery address worked out well -particularly as Buzz had repeatedly advised me on the phone that DotcomBlinds just deliver to whatever address is on the order and as such aren't in anyway interested in reconfirming that address if that address proves to be wrong (be it an honest mistake by their customer as proved to be the case in this instance or otherwise).
Finally, DotcomBlinds also failed to consider, establish or show any empathy towards the person receiving these unwanted goods namely, me: it would be have been reassuring if DotcomBlinds could have shown some perception of how this looked from my point of view or shown any empathy as to what my situation was as someone who was receiving goods to my personal address which weren't ordered and whether I may in anyway be vulnerable or be someone who is at risk from unwanted callers / deliveries. It showed a complete lack of consideration or empathy.
The blinds fit, but are a little fiddly to fit. The delivery was quick but I would say the blind is quite expensive for what it is and the quality of it.

Blinds are great but we didnt realise the charger wasnt included when we bought the remotes this was not made clear

The chain on the large blind broke the first time I used it. I didn’t pull it hard but clearly the chain was too flimsy for the size of the blind. I’ve only had the two blinds for a few weeks and the small blind did fall when I was putting it up but the plastic turning mechanism broke off and couldn’t be turned. As a result the both blinds are now useless. They cost over £600 and both are now useless. Clearly the mechanism and chains were too cheap and flimsy for the size and weight of the blinds. I have had many blinds in the past but these are by far the most expensive with the cheapest and most flimsy parts. You quoted a replacement cost for the mechanism of £69 which is ridiculous for a substandard piece of plastic. The chain is unrepairable as will snap again as far to flimsy for a 7 ft roller blind

Easy to measure using the online guides. Free fabric samples arrived quickly. Blinds also arrived quickly and were the perfect size. Very good quality - clearly a cut above non-made to measure blinds. Easy to fit with the instructions provided.

Late delivery, no screws provided (sometime they provide and sometime they dont provide). Poor instruction manual. I have ordered two rolling blinds of almost similar dimensions, there was three weeks gap between delivery of each item. Both looks different and have different instruction manual.
