When my husband was diagnosed with dementia I needed help and advise with regards to our wills and EPA. My husband’s couldn’t be changed, however mine could. I feel the advise given took into account my present circumstances with regard to my future. My questions, when I didn’t understand something, were answered in a way to help me in making my decisions. I was very happy in my choice of solicitor.

We were recommended to Dorset & Wight by a friend and this recommendation didn't disappoint. The service that Nigel and his son offer makes this entire process so straightforward when you struggle with modern day legal terminology and mobility issues as they automatically provide any consultation within the comfort of your own home. Nigel took on the task of re-evaluating our wills, bringing these up to date and creating LPA's for myself and my wife. Nigel patiently and effectively navigated and fully explained the end to end process, adapting his approach as needed, to ensure that we understood. He was keen to include members of our family during all stages of the discussions and transparently answered on the spot questions. This approach continued throughout the end to end process. Nigel made himself readily available throughout to answer additional questions or simply to provide a current update. A clear timeline was provided together with a confirmed pricing structure.
All aspects were delivered within the time frame. Overall a difficult process made easier due to the transparency and efficiency provided by Nigel. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service(s).

Everything was explained in simple terms which was much appreciated. A job that was constantly being put off made easy.

My aim was to set up my end of life wishes concerning a Property Trust, Lasting Power of Attorney and Executers etc for my Will.
Not knowing where to start with all this I spotted a full page advert for Dorset & Wight in the local press and got in touch with them.
The advert supplied a lot of relevant facts and features all clearly laid out and very readable. It was so refreshing to have actual telephone numbers to use and real helpful people to speak to.
Everything I needed to know and answers to my questions were readily available and I soon felt I was in very capable hands.
Lee came to my home and explained the whole process and it all got underway immediately. I found Lee very easy to talk to and very quickly felt I had come to the sort of help I had hoped for.
This 'end of life' stuff is something we all hate tackling but I found Lee and his staff took most of the sting out of it and I couldnt be more thankfull for that.
