4 glass panel shaker door.
Mine was a 4 glass panel shaker door.
Solid heavy door.
Well wrapped and corners protected.
Good Value for the money.
Comment The delivery cost was a third the price of the door which I knew when I purchased the door but still a little pricey.

Great service, great doors, 100% recommend
Everything about buying through Doors To You was brilliant, and the customer service really shone. I was originally going to buy new doors through a different company but then saw how badly their customer service was rated and found Doors To You had the best rating so went here instead, and I’m so glad I did! A day after putting my order through, Steve gave me a ring to check the delivery details and confirm the estimated time frames were okay, and was really friendly and helpful. The doors were delivered on time, well wrapped, and the couriers took care of the doors and our house when delivering! I emailed Steve to ask about varnishes etc and he was so quick to reply and his advice was really helpful, including some useful product links! Absolutely love the new look of our wardrobe and will be buying more doors through Steve for the rest of our house!

To say I'm perplexed by your review, would be an understatement.
Having ordered the doors (Monday 13th January 2025) on behalf of your customer, who it transpired, due to illness, was project managing on behalf of another party, less than 24 hours after placing the order Online, you advised by Telephone that your immediate customer wished to change the specification of the doors. Despite the limited options available, I did EVERYTHING possible to mitigate the problem and find a viable solution, indeed, ON YOUR REQUEST, even entering into DIRECT DIALOGUE with YOUR customer to discuss her requirements and hopefully find a "compromise".
Unfortunately, despite my best efforts, it was ultimately decided that the doors needed to be returned and accordingly, on Wednesday 15th January 2025 (14.41) I Emailed YOUR CUSTOMER, who had effectively taken SOLE CHARGE of this matter as your "proxy", formally advising the corresponding COSTS and TIMESCALES to effect the UPLIFT.
Your customer responded by Email at 15.46 the SAME day, approving the costs/timescales and confirming that the REFUND should be PAID TO YOURSELF via PayPal (back to the card used in the original transaction). Due to circumstances beyond the control of DOORS TO YOU, the uplift took slightly longer than predicted, however YOUR CUSTOMER was kept FULLY UPDATED by Email and by Telephone and confirmed they were happy with the situation and how it was being resolved. On arrival of the doors at LPD's warehouse in Leeds, in line with standard protocol, they were fully inspected by the LPD Warehouse Team and validated that they were "as new"
and therefore fit for resale, following which, a REFUND was issued by DOORS TO YOU for the full agreed amount at 19.03 on Monday 10th February and you were subsequently Emailed confirmation of the same at 19.19. At no stage throughout the process, did you, OR your customer raise any issues regarding the Customer Service levels,
so as you'll appreciate, on the basis of the above facts, the withering award of 1 Star is both bitterly disappointing and I believe, wholly unwarranted.

I placed a phone order after a…
I placed a phone order after a discussion with the company on the Monday morning. The order was confirmed by lunchtime with details of how to make payment. Payment was acknowledged promptly. The supplying company supplied us with delivery details that afternoon. The door were delivered on the Wednesday morning. Couldn't ask for a better service.
