Let's STOP the plague of scams targeting people with ADHD! Now!

Today I feel compelled to do something about this! There is literally a "pandemic" of scammy subscription apps and services out there preying on people with ADHD. Like me. I am so sick of it! We need to either find or establish one central spot online to compile all of the negative experiences we've had and everything we have seen that exposes this terrible trend once and for all! From that repository of information, experiences and facts we can reach out to key ADHD hubs and organizations (like CHADD, ADDA, NAMI, etc.) and to relevant watchdogs and consumer protection agencies (government and others). Also to major media including trusted daily newspapers, news networks, and wire services. We need to see some big exposé articles in the headlines and broadcast news coverage pieces aired to curb this plague! Are you with me??

I cannot recommend Done

I cannot recommend Done. I’ve had issues with my “provider” and getting the prescriptions she claims I need. I haven’t been able to switch providers even though they claim you can. Communicating with the company is extremely difficult and they are very unresponsive. If I hadn’t paid an annual rate, I would cancel my membership and find someone else. They wont give refunds.

WORST MENTAL HEALTH COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!
Please, save yourself the stress and anxiety of dealing with unprofessional staff. I was with Done for just one week, and it was a terrible experience. They switched my therapist without informing me, and I only found out when I tried to check in with my original therapist (as she had requested). The new therapist disagreed with the initial treatment plan and refused to continue it. If you ask too many questions or express concerns, they will completely shut you out.

Just an hour ago, I received an email notifying me that I had been dropped from their service. However, they are still keeping the $400 I paid for the initial visit. If I could give this company negative stars, I would. I plan to take further action and report them to any relevant agency because their handling of mental health care is appalling.

When dealing with a vulnerable population, it is essential to have professional and empathetic staff. Please do not use this service.

BEWARE - They charge you but don’t provide treatment

WATCH OUT. SCAM?

I used Done two years ago and had a great experience. I ”re-enrolled” last week by paying and was prompted to pick an appointment.

They charged my card but never sent an appointment link. Worse, the app didn’t
reflect that I’d already paid and was promoting me to pay AGAIN.

The day of the appointment rolls around, but still no link no text - nothing. At some point that day they send a no show email. For what appointment? I immediately responded with my issue (and have now sent four emails over the past week to several addresses) but have not received a response back. What am I supposed to do?

TLDR: DO NOT USE DONE. They used to be legit but now charge you for appointments you can’t even get to and ignore customer service requests. No idea what to do now.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE. I've reached out to them 2 weeks ago and many times in between and STILL have no response - I've been out of meds for almost 3 weeks and no end in sight. They're quick to withdraw my monthly membership amount but impossible to get a hold off and have no customer service number. It was a bit smoother when they worked with RX outreach because you could just send your meds and they would ship it, but without explanation they just stopped working with them and are now taking ages to make a simple pharmacy change so that I can get my RX filled.

Done first has got to be the most mismanaged company. First off, a majority of the pharmacies refuse to work with them because of their shady dealings. I have had to find alternate pharmacies ON MY OWN because of their refusal to work with them any longer. Secondly, their customer service has got to be the worst experience of my life. They are incompetent to handle situations in where they actually have to do work, their response time is slower than a turtle and they forget who they are working for..the patients! I have had to call/email them repeatedly for them to actually do anything. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs

6 weeks+ to send my medical records to…

6 weeks+ to send my medical records to my doctor? Insane. No phone number to call, just waiting for email responses to assist me. I received an email regarding a delay but didn’t think it would take over a month, and waiting. What is going on? As a result of this, my current care and treatment care is being delayed. This is unacceptable. This organization should be investigated.

SLOW, disorganized

You've never processed a refill in a timely responsible manner. I regularly go without medication as a result. I'm currently without medication and you are days over your estimated time to respond, you effectively have ZERO customer service. I've never gotten help when needed with your service, ever.

They have terrible customer service

They have terrible customer service. My pharmacy was out, I asked them to switch my prescription to another pharmacy, after 25 days of emailing them and sending them requests to do so, they never did! I just finally got an email that said it was only 5 days away from my refill so I couldn't switch or refill until then. It's completely automated garbage, if I could give them less than one star I would

Beware !!!!!!!

Whatever you do do not use this company they are very misleading saw an ad for a price for an appointment after putting in all my information and card information it tells me that it was much more and told me there was something wrong with my card information gave me $100 coupon and then charged my account again for the same appointment so I have a $400 charge and a $300 charge emailed them back within minutes of realizing this no one returned my email until a week after my appointment time kind of sucks they would take advantage of people that are reaching out for medical help and the phone number they have listed on their website is not even connected beware this company is scandalous

Pharmacy did not receive refill from you

Again, I requested a refill for my adderall on Saturday, 9/28/24, and the pharmacy (Publix, Argyle Forest), never received a refill from you.

Useless.

Useless.. ADHD Management - connect me with a telahealth visit with a doctor, but all the pharmacies don't take telahealth prescriptions for controlled substance, and some don't even carry them. Done first does NOT confirm with the pharmacies, and it can take days for your doctor to send it to a new pharmacy. And most pharmacies won't tell you if they do or don't fill control substance telahealth prescriptions until they have your script, so you can take weeks trying to get it filled. And harassing your doctor to keep changing the pharmacy.

Been with Done for about 2 years now

Been with Done for about 2 years now, for the most part it has been a positive experience and extremely convenient since I can connect with my doctor virtually without taking time off work to go to a doc’s office! During my first year as their patient I did witness longer wait lines/delayed responses, but can honestly say this hasn’t been an issue recently (at least for all of 2024). My Dr. is easy to reach and usually has an answer for me that same day if not the following day at the latest.

I'd give DONE Telehealth negative stars…

I'd give DONE Telehealth negative stars if I could. They love taking my money each and every month but can't seem to handle ANYTHING that isn't automated on there end.

I've had issues many times over the last year for them to simply update something on there end to get my perspiration and they just can't seem to do it. Currently, I've been waiting over a week for them to change the pharmacy.

They LITERALLY keep sending me the same email every other day that they're sorry for the delay in getting to it and will start promptly. I've gotten that same message three times this last week.

I was communicating with my physician

I was communicating with my physician, Jennifer Helker, about changing my plan. Then I got a message on my patient done.portal “ Your Membership is Paused

Sincere apology. You are being transferred. Your membership is now paused and we will match you with a highly rated provider ASAP.

What happens next:

Your account history will stay intact with us when you come back.
You will not be charged until a new provider is assigned for you. We will start over your membership period from the first day you get transferred.(No extra fee)
You will not be able to request a medication refill for next month.

Lol, thanks Doc, you could have just said, ‘No, stay on this current plan.
