As with all technology, apps & websites can have bugs in the system. I detected a glitch when I couldn't request a refill. So I submitted a "question" from the Mindful website and the customer support team responded the same day. I ultimately received a phone call to help resolve the issue and it was handled over the phone very quickly. Good to know thoughtful people and customer service is not dead in the digital age. Customer service is the best out there
Customer service is the best out there. They are responsive and helpful! At one point I started to get a bit impatient and anxious about finding my medication in stock, and Angel (the rep who assisted me) was completely patient and understanding about my situation. 10/10!

Great provider and customer service
My provider at Mindful is professional and extremely helpful with my healthcare. They provide great customer service. Tessa from customer service assisted with clarifying my prescription with my pharmacy. I would recommend going to Mindful.

I had an issue with my insurance and needed to find a solution. Michael from customer service reached out and walked me through the process. He kept me updated until we executed a solution. He made the entire process so easy. Great CS help and would recommend to anybody.
