Delivery was seamless. Our 12x10 gazebo came in 5 boxes. We watched numerous videos to get a feel for what we were in for. It took about 12 hours for 2 people to put together. Here are some things that might be helpful to people thinking about investing in this product:
Make sure you have power drills (we used 2) and appropriate bits. There are a lot of screws. I can’t imagine doing this by hand.
Have ladders available. We had 3 out-making moving around much quicker.
The 60+ page direction book is mostly pictures (think ikea directions). Some of the pictures left us scratching our heads. This is why watching videos before are helpful.
Now that the assembly is complete we are enjoying our new purchase. It is extremely sturdy. We were searched for a few years before pulling the trigger on this and are confident our research paid off.

I ordered the 200 gal deck box. The measurements were true to size, and it fit perfectly on the patio of my apartment. Shipping is also pretty fast. It does do the job that it was designed to do. I would not call it waterproof, there are seams and cracks in the bottom, especially if the screws are not tight enough. There is also no internal bracing or any kind for the walls. The base is flimsy un weighted plastic, and the screws holding it together are all as small as possible. The walls are thin gauge metal that are only supported by overlapping the other sides and screwed into the plastic top and bottom. You WILL need at least two people to put it together, one person to hold all the pieces in place while you put in the screws. The shipping apparently has some dire issues, the first lid that I received was dented in the side so badly that it would not sit flatly on the box, I emailed support and they offered a $20 rebate, or a replacement lid. The replacement lid also had a dent in the side of it. At least this one sits flat.
Tl;dr, All in all i would not recommend this product. It's ok, it does the job, however it does seem to be cheaply made, and i doubt that it will end up being worth the total cost. the main benefit being most other offerings from different companies seem to be made of plastic and resin.

Only had my gazebo for a year and already rusting.

The gazebo is going to be beautiful once we get it finished, but the instructions were definitely vague in several places and we had to figure it out for ourselves. There was also one piece that we had to cut to make it fit where it was supposed to, which caused a gap in the line that the curtains will hang. Hoping it doesn't affect it too much.

I have several pieces that are bent I was able to bend some bent I sent a message yesterday about two parts that cannot be fix I have heard a from someone wanting me to bend the pieces I said no they are to bad have not heard from anyone since so I do not no If they are sending me the parts are the canopy is going to stat in pieces so no not happy Barry Rubenstein 314 570 5319

Had a material defect they replaced it immediately
Went together according to directions very well one tip would be to have a little longer screw for the four corners of screen on top do the corners first then the middle screw.

Contacted Domi Outdoor Living via email in regards to one of the 5 boxes that was damaged by FedEx. Had a response in less than 24 hours that they had immediately shipped me a replacement for the box that was damaged without any hassles. Customer service gets a 5 star rating for that!!!!

Shopping for the gazebo a was pleasantly surprised to find such great pricing with good looking warranties from Domi. Got the package fairly quickly, and it took two and a half men about 12 hours total to put this gazebo together. Super solid construction. Couldn’t be happier.

Immediate processing and shipping. Prompt and reasonable times for responses from customer service. Everything arrived and seems quality is very good and substantial.

Order was missing to parts for the roof. We had inventories every part before I reached out to support. Was told to make sure it wasn’t in another box, that it was in box 5 and then told that it was in box 4 but that box was still in shipment. when I sent a picture of box 4, finally received. Note they would ship me the two part.

When I followed up the note said you were still verifying it was available in the warehouse.

I’ve begun installing the gazebo and cannot finish because of the missing parts. The actions was asked to take and had already taken made me feel like you thought I was trying to steal something from you.

I’m still waiting on confirmation of part. If I don’t receive soon, I’ll contact about returning the gazebo for a full refund.

Has been the worst experience ever and I will never recommend anyone purchase from you.

Delivery was quick and no issues and the finished product looks great.

Installation was challenging and time consuming - took 10 hours with two people. You definitely need at minimum two people for installation. Its a good option if you’re looking for an affordable product and willing to put the time in to install it

Timely delivery

It's been four days and I'm still putting it together! You really need to look at your instructions and make them better! At one point, you can see it facing front and then in some other instructions it's facing backwards so that really turned a person around, etc. it's not done well it needs to be written better. As far as the product it seems like it's good. I still have not been able to put anything in it cause I'm still putting it together. Definitely need more than one person would make it better but better instructions would help too.

Sides of the box are extremely thin and flimsy. Hard to put together since the metal is so thin it falls over until you’re almost done putting it together. I thought this would be sturdier.

We really enjoy the good quality gazebo. As many have said, they are a little difficult to build, but thankfully my husband is mechanically inclined. It only took 2 of us.

The item was received in a timely manor and with all parts. I agree with reviews that said the plastic film took more time to remove then the assembling of the whole box. Even with all the film the panels still had scratches. The only other issue I saw was that the box is so light you lift it off the ground opening the cover.

I ordered this just b4 Christmas. Didnt need it until spring and figured it would take awhile to get here. It was delivered in less than a week. In the middle of winter, all the way to Mn from Tx. I couldnt believe it. Wow.

The deck box that arrived was smaller than the dimensions listed on the website and wouldn't fit my cushions. Turns out the product dimensions were listed in TWO places on the product page, one of them correct (in the photo) and one incorrectly listed (in the description). I went off the incorrect measurements. Despite that, they still charged me a $35 re-stocking fee to exchange it for the larger sized version that did fit my cushions. The customer service agent was friendly enough, I just felt they should have waved the fee since their website was wrong.

No problem so far. Won't be able to rate til spring because have to wait til spring to install. Hope I have everything.
