A Very difficult company to deal with. Poor customer service and have been bullied and disrespected, because they took the back of my remote and don’t want to replace it. When I ask for the manager Nick Wakefield said he was the only receptionist there, then when I asked for the manager, he put me on hold and came back and said he’s the manager and that’s what I get and laughing and telling me that he’s cancelling my repair, because he wants me to ask the Engineer that I asked on more than one occasion for the back of the remote to be replaced, because he said his engineer didn’t report it to him, so I have to ask the engineer again, until he reports it to him. The unnecessary back and forth for months, when he could speak to the engineer about it, or order the replacement. He’s refusing to do the repair, because I said, I will have to speak to the OT about this, as I need the remote. They have no complaints procedure, because he manages the place and I'm complaining about his service. It’s not the first time Ive been attacked by Dolphins colleagues coming in my home neither. I have to now record, for my safety.

The fitter Steve is highly recommended, worked to an extremely high standard and very professional, hard working, tidy and polite.
Matt who came out to start with for consolation and planning stage, was also very professional.

We have found dealing with Dolphin Mobility an incredibly positive experience from start to finish. As a company they have access to a large range of stair lifts so they can install the best one for your circumstances. In our case, they were able to accommodate a narrow staircase with a stair lift that is far superior to some of the standard brands. (Stannah Stairlifts advised us to move the staircase at great cost). Steve Hughes, the engineer who fitted the stair lift, was a pleasure to have in the house. He was personable and kind as well as very professional. We recommend this company for a service that we wouldn't ordinarily choose to have, and they have made this part of our own health journey much easier. Thank you.

Fantastic service. Steve was amazing, spoke with both myself and my partner. Explained what he was doing and worked around the family and various therapists visiting! Left everything clean and tidy and gave us a brilliant demonstration and explanation of how to use the stairlift.

Brilliant! From making my first phone call to dolphin mobility they have been absolutely amazing. Helping me with any questions and offering plenty of suggestions and giving excellent advice. Speaking with Clair is like speaking someone you have known for years. She made me feel at ease and helped me and my wife make our minds on what would be best for our situation. She gave totally unbiased advice and was extremely knowledgeable yet really showing us how she cared and wanted to help us, not as customers but as people that needed expert help and support. From start to finish and even beyond the care and attention to every detail of our special needs was carefully and respectfully carried out to our complete satisfaction by your team at base but especially Steve with regards to our stairlift needs who is a complete credit to Dolphin Mobility Ltd and to himself. A massive big thank to all who have been involved believe me our lives have been made a lot safer because of the Dolphin Mobility stair lift.

Dolphin South have just completed fitting a complex stairlift configuration which has six 90° bends over 4 flights with 3 mounting/dismounting points and multiple charging points. The installation team were polite, expert, hard working and very conscientious in finding acceptable solutions to the couple of issues that surfaced due to design difficulties caused by the space available. The rail has gone in well, maximising the free space on the stairs.
The office staff were also very helpful and prompt in responding to queries.
We now have a well engineered Access Flow X stairlift that will enable us to stay in the house that we love.

I had my annual check up on my stairlift this morning.

The engineer Rob was bang on time, very professional and efficient, and was an extremely pleasant young man…

Bought an expensive stairlift supposed to be new it wasnt only a few months old help zero support aftercare zero ripping people off 100percent paid 6k unusable for months very poor mobility cant climb stairs hey they go home without a conscionce lots of promises tilk theyu get your money then god help you - have had to employ carers to take me up and downstairs abandoning fragile oaps once they got their money shame on you

From the start of the sales process through to the installation and patient training of the elderly stairlift user, Dolphin have provided excellent service. I would definitely recommend them.

The Engineer from Dolphin arrived on time to fit a new stairlift in our property. He was extremely polite, personable and likeable throughout, explaining things as and when required. And another big point - he cleaned up thoroughly after completing each stage. When the assembly was installed and complete he spent time making sure we fully understood how to use every aspect, and how to stay safe. All in all an excellent experience that could not be bettered! Thank you very much.

Dolphin Mobility rang me regarding a service for my stair lift. No problem booking an appointment. The engineer, (Steve), arrived today. He was so efficient and did the work needed very thoroughly. Thank goodness he knew his job as my batteries were almost on their last legs. A good no nonsense firm who do not worry you with pushy sales talk.
