The lack of communication is ridiculous, they got the order wrong including the name and the garment. Would not communicate with giving a refund or on the order.
I would never order again. Pick a different company.

Poor experience, delivery took over a month as I was able to order that were out of stock. I only found this out after I chased my item as it had been 2 weeks and nothing had arrived.

Great communication. Had a few issues with the stockist in regards to colour matching and sizing of garments for a set of siblings but customer service was great and issue was resolved fairly quickly. Thank you.
