I ordered my grandson pjs when they never turned up on date given I emailed company and I was advised out of stock. They answered within 24hrs I got nice email to explain. Reordered different colour awaiting delivery.

Second time I've brought something off of dollymix i I've never had a bad experience.just ordered grower and forgot to put name on it ,they emailed me and it was delt with very quick and was sent to me there stuff is well worth the money my daughter is over the moon with it so thank you for 100 % service keep up the good work.

My daughter helped me order online and we wrote her postcode instead of mine so we had to message Dollymix to correct it to my postcode and there was no problem from my mistake- we got the parcel at my address. The zip of the nappy bag was open in the middle so I have hopefully zipped it back together- I will be giving the gift to my friend for her baby this week so hope the zip works.

Really good quality despite wait
At first I was a little disappointed as I was getting no communication about how long the order was taking, but I rang and got a really friendly lady who reassured me that it would be done that day. I recieved my order very quickly after and they looked amazing, I can't wait for the kids to open them on Xmas day for them to find out they are going on their first holiday!
