As people said, don't buy! No tracking ID. No response. 2 weeks in and no order delivered. Save your money .

Unbelieveably bad service. They delivered the tag to the wrong address (their error) then tried to charge me to send it again. I gave them the correct address 2 weeks ago and still haven't received the tag. The whole process has taken six weeks. It's a dog tag for goodness' sake, not a piece of bespoke furniture. Steer very well clear of this cowboy outfit.

I ordered from engravedkeyrings.co.uk, but my payment was processed by dogstag.co.uk, even though I ordered from a different website. Both dogstag.co.uk and engravedkeyrings.co.uk appear to be registered under CUSTOMSKY LTD. Additionally, I noticed online advertisements for these websites reference ATRYOS DMCC. Many websites associated with ATRYOS DMCC have negative customer reviews and low-trust domain records, including porteclepersonnalise.com, which looks very similar to engravedkeyrings.co.uk. I’m sharing this information so other customers can make informed decisions. I have reported my experience with this company to the domain registrar and the European Consumer Centre (ECC) for further investigation

My order has not been delivered after 2 weeks and I've had no response to my enquiry. Absolute scam!! Beware!
Go to Pets at Home and get a dog tag printed while you wait and save yourself the hassle and cost!

I ordered 2 x Metal tags and the "engraving" on them has disappeared to nothing. Not a very good quality item & certainly not worth the money. They probably lasted about 5-6 months.
I contacted Dogstag to let them know, they offered a replacement but I had ordered elsewhere

Company is deliberately misleading with ".co.uk" in its name, when they're based in Switzerland. Furthermore, they outright lie about their shipping times. It says 24 hours on the website, but it's actually 24-48. Then you've got the hidden 5-7 WORKING day delivery window.

All of this would be worth it were the dog tags not cheap and flimsy as well, with the tiniest ring on it. I wish this was a physical location so I could stand outside the front door and scare people away, but unfortunately more people are likely to get scammed by this dishonest company.

There was a small delay with the delivery of our order but the team responded really well - keeping us informed of progress throughout.
The tags are excellent quality - lovely colours and high quality - the engraving is very quality and is very clear. The tags are a good size with room for all the information we wanted. Great product!

I ordered 3 tags for our dogs, the choice of tags was great and when they arrived I was really impressed with the quality of them. The order came quickly and always had good clear updates.

These tags are not engraved they’re printed on a very thin plate. Comes with a tiny ring to attach to the collar. I purchased two assuming the company is based in the UK. It's not - the tags came from Switzerland and delivery takes ages. Absolute waste of money. DO NOT USE.
