Amazing company, slightly long getting to the UK (10 days) but high quality product especially his collar

Had an issue with my order, but was quickly sent a replacement as well as an extra tag which was really kind. Does the job for my new puppy!

Very poor quality.

They are not engraved but printed on. Ours is smudged from the printer & looks very cheap.

Delivery time takes ages too. Get a proper one!

This company sells dog tags. I bought one and was disappointed with the quality of it. I left a negative review and, a few days later, received the following message from the company:

Many thanks for the lovely wooden dog name tag for my mixed breed dog Panda, it arrived all well, she's been wearing it ever since, and I have now ordered one for our new rescue galgo (Spanish greyhound) Pippit. The tag I got has been easy to read, clear and fits beautifully on Panda's collar, and I'm sure Pippit's will be too.

Very easy to view the tags and look at the finish product before paying, it came fast with updates along the way. When it arrived was so pleased looked exactly like the picture, very happy with it.

Easy to order and plenty of space to write two mobile numbers and address on the back of the tag. Struggled to find a dog tag that would put that much info on. Also clear writing and fast delivery!

Very easy to order the tag and view final product before purchase. Delivery did take a while as I did not realise the company was based in The Netherlands and not the ok. Other than that everything was fine and the tag is of a good quality and easy to attach to the collar.
