I'm very happy with my recent purchase from Doffle, i ordered a lead and matching collar, so really happy overall.
Cannot recommend Doffledog enough! You’re seriously missing out if you don’t have these amazing harness in your doggy wardrobe.

Placed an order in October and not received yet! Got an email to say I can get a refund but still haven’t received anything or heard back. Awful - and poor customer service! Definitely would not recommend

Never received my order…have emailed, messaged on IG and now had to involve my bank to claim a refund. Doffledog have until 11 March 2024 to investigate…seriously poor customer service

Still no response and it’s been months now. Extremely disappointed

Placed an order last week for next day delivery. Not even received a dispatch email and refusing to reply to my emails / Instagram messages. Stay well away.

Nothing turned up. No contact from the seller on any platform and had to get a refund through my bank. This seems like a ghost account and should be shut down

Ordered and haven’t received anything other than a confirmation email and review us emails. Tried to contact on both email and instagram and received nothing.

Haven’t received my order. Have sent numerous emails, social media messages, website messages and not one single reply. If there’s a problem the least they could do is post on their pages and website saying there is a problem so people are aware but they are still taking peoples money with no intention of sending goods out. I’m not the only one this is happening to I see. Really disappointed as first order unplaced earlier in the year was great

Ordered and not received. No responses to messages. Think the company has stopped trading but left website running to get custom without delivering

Absolute rubbish and a scam, ordered two harnesses. Nothing received. Ignored all messages on their email, instagram and their chat bot despite having taken my money.

DO NOT PURCHASE

Ordered on aug 22nd, no item received and no response to any emails, I see a pattern forming with reviews, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, you won’t get anything .

Been over a month still no order and no response to countless emails really poor service

I have previously ordered from Doffle Dog and whilst paying for 48 hour delivery, the items took much longer to arrive. I put this down as a one-off and thought no more.
However, I made 2 further orders (on 22 and 25 July) and as of 15 August, I have received neither one. I receive emails asking for feedback and to rate the experience on TrustPilot from the company. I sent an email to them on 8 August explaining that I didn’t want to leave a poor review, but expressed disappointment with their service.
I did not even get a response, never mind my orders.
Unfortunately, I now feel compelled to leave this review in order to warn other potential customers.
